I lost my beautiful wife only almost 4 weeks ago and, like your early days of grieving, am finding the pain almost unbearable. I have watched so many 'helpful' grieving videos on TH-cam and was loath to watch your video as you are so young and thought 'What does a young person like that know about grieving'. ?
