      @HVACRSurvival probably staying busy....and because of that...its hard to get to the parts house to restock. I honestly dont carry very much. I have a few capacitors, transformers, SPDT and DPDT relays and contactors. I have a utility bed, so with all my tools...not room for truck stock items.

      I spent some time today going over the schematic and manual. I’m hoping it’s just sensors but I really need to get back in front of it to figure it out. They told me I had another call so I wanted to get out out of there then canceled it after I rushed out. Go figure.

      I used to work on McDonald’s equipment. Many of these franchisees have multiple stores and it’s up to them to keep their mechanical systems running. Corporates only concern is that the restaurant and food equipment is working. Corporate stores are even worse. 😅

    I'm not a HVAC guy, so here's a question: how rare is it see that wires in the control board have wiretags? In industrial electrical panels, everything is neat and tidy, especially the wiring diagrams.

    • @HVACRSurvival
      @HVACRSurvival  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Sometimes the wires are numbered. This was a wreck from poor maintenance. Normally there not this bad.

  • @daleborg9070
    @daleborg9070 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

    I am surprised that company allowed such shoddy work. When I did work for them, everything was done right, neat, and clean. No wires were left dangling, unplugged or anything like what you saw in those units. Sometimes my travel time would be 5 times what I was on the job. And they had no problems with my charges. Maybe they are getting lax on their maintenance.
