Thanks for sharing your V4 charger experience. Much easier than the select V3 stations with the Magic Dock. Seems Tesla is only installing new V4 stations at this point, the V3 stations aren't being retrofited. Hopefully soon, as it will be trouble with the short cords when all the CCS vehicles gets access to the full network shortly. Your V4 experience was great.

Thanks, Walter! I was hoping you'd be able to confirm whether the Magic Dock adapters on the V4 Superchargers are actually rated for 500 A, as some have claimed; however, this doesn't look like you were pulling any more power than you could have on the 350 A limited V3 Superchargers. I wonder whether you got a peek at the dispenser labels, which would confirm the peak voltage and amperage of the V4 Magic Dock adapters.
It sadly escaped my attention. I knew going in I was not making a site visit video with all the trimmings. I was thinking of going back and doing so at a later time. They opened up a 20 stall v3 Magic Dock station back in May 2024 and it's the only one of its kind in West Central Florida at the moment. I only need to DC fast charge at most once a month due to work having me travel just slightly outside my comfort zone. It's less than two minutes off the interstate exit behind the 24/7 Wawa gas station. Another workaround due to the short v3 cables is I always use the far end stall which is normally reserved for handicapped access use last rule, that way I am not taking up 2 stalls. Most of the time I only need a 5 to 10 minute charge session since I am capped to 50 kW charge rate to give me enough electrons to get me home and when the need arises, I'll gladly end the session early to give them to access to it. On the last charging session, I talked to a Tesla Energy tech and they mentioned that the existing v3 charging posts can be upgraded to the new v4 posts in the future since the mounting base footprint are the same, but right now it's only being installed on new sites.
Nice to see v4 dispensers in the wild!! Takes away all the offset parking headaches. Took a look in the Tesla app, but haven’t seen any clues on whether a site has v4 dispensers. Leave it to Tesla to make a better charging experience than GM's own partnerships. My only gripe is that they haven't turned on the credit card screen yet. Having an app is a problem for all of the charging systems out there. Travelling I've been in many situations where the mobile data isn't working. The app should be a secondary payment system not primary like in every other aspect of life and fueling systems. I heard that GM is finally getting charge payments built in so it bills the car/ccard automatically. That would be nice. I believe that my Tesla gets charged even if it doesn't have Internet. Once it gets Internet the payment goes through in the car not the charger. That needs to be the standard.
IMHO better is a relitive term. If the goal is to survive on an EV road trip, Tesla is "better". If the goal is to enjoy an EV road trip, I go Pilot/Flying J. I ate meat loaf there on Friday. It was delicious. I had a side of mac-n-cheese and green beans. The places are awsome. Open 24/7 with full amenities & free wifi, not to mention window squeegees. Anyway, thx for watching and taking the time to post a comment. I agree autocharge on SC would be a dream. Hope that is a thing.
Im confused by your comments...... I. currently own a Tesla model 3, Im about to by a 2024 Lyriq. I don't see on my Tesla phone app where to add a non- Tesla car for charging ? Please advise
There is a new V3 location near me but when I use the app to show non Tesla locations I get nothing in the entire Austin TX area, any ideas? Plus do you need to do anything in the application to add the Lyriq? Thanks
No additional action in app to add LYRIQ needed. The app will only show Magic Dock locations currently and there are only about 50 in the entire SC network, so likely you do not have any near you. Hope this helps, but ping back in if not. Thx 4 watching.
Thanks for the response. I thought that was the way it was supposed to work but you mentioned also just version 3 chargers so I thought you were saying those would also work, assuming you had an adapter. @@thenetworkarchitectchannel
the GM adapter is coming out sometime in the next month or two we think. I did not mention that time frame in the video because I am thinking this video will become a handy reference for when things open at SC locations and wanted to obfuscate dates. I will make a second video to pair with this one once the GM adapter is available. Sorry for the confusion.
I bought the Lectron Vortex adaptor hoping that may work. However in the Tesla app, it requires me to add my "non Tesla" Vehicle. There is no way around this. We have V3 Superchargers. Anyways tried to connect and got an "Unauthorized Vehicle" error. I'll take any tips you guys got as I am a rookie EV owner. But love my Lyriq
I just traded my model 3 on a lyriq lex 3. I delete the model 3 off the tesla app when i go to set up the lyriq Cadillac does not show in the drop down. Help
Thanks for the video, looking to buy a lyriq and this was a big question I had, you seem like an expert and I’m wondering if you know the charging speed difference between Tesla and lyriq. I believe Tesla can go up to 250kw an hr but not sure what lyriq is limited to? Does the charge port option on the car matter? I believe they offer 2 versions on the lyriq. Also if I buy an adapter can i use a v3 station currently or will the Tesla app only allow v4 for non Tesla’s?Thanks and I hope you are able to respond
LYRIQ can charge 70 kWhs in 33 minutes, which is pretty good. Its top rate is 190 kW, but it stays above 100 kW further then Teslas. The bigger difference though is the LYRIQ has a 102 kWh battery pack. This is not comparable to the Mod3 or ModY. It is closer to the ModX which is what it competes against. However, it costs less than the X and has more to offer. I hope this answers your qestions.
I hope we see these V4 + Magic Dock stations all over the US. Since Tesla is willing to sell them, I hope the other charge point operators consider using these. With their 650 amp continuous cable rating, reliable operation and low cost, I hope they push the other charging equipment manufacturers to do better and give charge point operators a killer new option.
Right now, none will work, but once they are open to GM owners your choice is to either wait for the free one or buy a Lectron Vortex or an A2Z Typhoon
Im confused! Should I wait until the 2025 Lyriq is available with NACS charging or do I buy a 2024. If I buy a 2024 what adapter do you recommend I buy to use at a Tesla charging station?
Waiting or buying now is a personal decision. I am an EV enthusiast so for me it makes sense to transition to reap the benefits (faster, quieter, more reliable, more convenient since I can fuel in my garage instead of at a gas station). I love the reliability aspect. They never break down. Super nice to have a reliable car.
I currently drive a model 3 Tesla. I feel the quality of the car is not very good. I want to buy the Lyriq but will wait until the NACS charger is installed in the Lyriq. Any idea when this is going to happen?
I do. mod yr 2025, so l8tr this year is my understanding. Stay safe & thx 4 watching. we traded in a Mod3LR. The LYRIQ blows doors on it. Not even in the same ball park.
Hi Walter, I didn't think any V4 post Magic Docks were enabled yet? Are they enabled for just GM and Ford now? I thought all working Magic Docks were V3s. Maybe that's old news?
Hey Mike. No, my brother in law sent me a txt this past week of him charging there. He has a BMW I4. it is open to everyone. I am not sure of the Magic Dock roll out. I have not really been tracking, but this is a pretty new station from what I understand talking to a ModS owner who was charging while I was there. Thx 4 watching.
Walter: Have you heard anything about that the Big Three are considering not covering any warranty claims related to charging if you charge with other than that brand’s adapter? Sadly there are no Magic Dock locations anywhere near me.
I have not, but saw Tom M.'s vid about charging providers not being responsible if they cause damage to your car when a non OEM adapter is in use. It kinda makes sense and will be nice with adapters are no longer needed, but that is 5 yrs+ away. Thx for watching.
Just downloaded Tesla App on 7/15/2024 and there is no option to add a non Tesla vehicle. Although the app will let me enter the Lyriq info and shows me how to approach the charging stations. But it will not let me charge the car yet.
Thanks for this vid. As a new Lyriq owner, I find this very helpful. What would be nice is a better understanding of where those Magic Docks are. That is super confusing. For instance, I see a new set of Tesla stations in Suffolk, VA on US58. I plan to be cruising through that area on a 4th of July trip. However, it is unclear if those have the Magic Dock and whether or not I can use them. I don't have an adapter, as I am not sure what adapter can and can't be safely used. I would be relying heavily on a Magic Dock if I were looking to charge up via the Tesla charging network. There just isn't enough clear intel on this subject. Certainly appreciate your insight and explanations on the topic.
I have a 2024 Blazer EV and the Tesla App on my iPhone 15 Pro. I also have the Tesla adapter with me. I stopped at a Tesla 'Charging Station' at a Meijer (in Michigan) the other day, scanned the barcode on the charger station with the Tesla app and the charger station I was located at did not come up in the app (faster away stations came up) so I could not activate the charging session. What did I do wrong? Please teach me how to charge using the Tesla's. Thanks in advance.
Hello. GM and Tesla have not completed the back end integration needed to make GM owners with adapters able to charge yet. After this video was release, Tesla laid off their SC team, which is further delaying the work from being completed. I will post another video when it is working. Have a good holiday weekend & stay safe.
@thenetworkarchitectchannel I love it. I haven't had any issues. I'm just waiting for updates. I also watched your scheduled service video. Mine is coming up soon. I live in Rock Hill SC, and I've watched all your videos ... their very helpful
I have a 24, did you have to buy an adapter? I just bought one and wonder if I need it since he did not in the video. That charging station plugged right into his. I have a 24.
Thank You. Enjoyed your Video. I have a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq Lux3. I also have the Tesla App on my smartphone. I stopped at Buc-ee's in Florance SC off I-95 with 18 miles left in my batteries. I pulled up to the Tesla Station and got out my adaptor ( After-market -Supercharger (NACS) to CCS Adapter | Vortex Plug | 500A | 1000V ). Plugged it in and attached the Tesla cord to it. NOTHING ! What was worse was that there was no way to contact Tesla. No 800 number. Now I know to look for something with at least 250W charging. As luck would have it, there was a Mercedes bank of chargers on the other side of the parking lot and they were using ChargePoint which saved my butt. I know the Truck stops along I-95 are starting to put charging stations in but is there a way to get a list that has been installed and operating. It's very frustrating to have to drive several miles off a major interstate to look for a charging station. Also, my Cadillac dealership told me that with the EV-GO 2-year free charging I could use ChargePoint and Blink. I call both and they claim there is no agreement. The same when I called EV-GO. I don't do a lot of driving outside my home area except for vacations or family trips. Love the car and the ride. I have a home charger in my Garage and from now on for long-distance trips I will start looking for chargers at 50% battery levels.
Yes, I do update videos on the Pilot / Flying J Truck Stop EV charging builds. You can also look in the PFJ cell phone app. Just filter their locations for CCS plugs. You will see all the ones open. The Buc-ees in Florence has that real nice MB station. BTW, no TesSC will work yet. It is going to be a little while b4 GM cars can use it. Should be a news story when it does, so you will know. Having so many brake lights on my Lyriq brought back fond memories. ( Love the Auto Hold Feature )
Hope you can assist. How did you add your Cadillac to the app. It doesn’t give the option for a Cadillac in the vehicle list. Then if you select other no chargers are available.
it was done at the Dealer at the time of purchase onto my Wife's cell phone. I did not watch as it was done and can not really say. Perhaps ask your sales person? I bet they do it all the time.
Since we're both in CLT & I'm about to potentially get a Lyriq, can I go to the North lake charger which I believe is 250kw and charge there with an adapter? Or do we have to wait for Tesla to open up the entire supercharger network?
The adapter is not out yet, but when it is yes. However, to put into perspective, my wife and I drive from Concord to Surf City w/o charging. You would normally not charge in your home city, unless you do not have a place to charge at your home. If that is your case, I would recommend buying a Tesla. They are easier to live with with only using public charging for daily grid. There is a new one in Salisbury off I-85 that is nice and also a new one on the south end of town off I-85, so plenty of SC round.
@@thenetworkarchitectchannel what about with a third party adapter? Just curious more than anything if it works now with any adapter. & I'm in Concord! Haha, I have a Tesla currently, wanted to change it up and love the Lyriq, I have a charger at home, I just want public options as I do drive a lot and on the way home from a shoot (I'm a photographer/videographer) sometimes I need to charge up a little to make it home but it's not a constant thing so I can take my ICE car on days where I would potentially have that scenario.
@@DPD92 details for knock off options not out yet, but there has been some verbage added to CPOs like EVgo & EA saying they are not responsible for damage when using non OEM adapters so I am assuming Tesla's SC will follow suite. @@thenetworkarchitectchannelso that NACS to CCS adapter I just bought is useless huh? I see the MagicDocks already have that CCS adapter installed. I wonder where I may be able to use it?
I am still lost as to how you determine if the charging station is a version 3 or version 4. How do you determine this? I think I would rather just buy a Tesla automobile knowing that it will charge EVERYWHERE!! The last thing I need is some confusing charging network where the possibility of arriving at a charing station that doesn't work is very real! I mean I DON'T WANT TO BE STRANDED AT THE WRONG CHARGING STATION!!!!!
I recommend the free one from your car maker. I think in the case of GM, we will need to buy it and it won't be free. Not sure about Polestar/Volvo yet.
Thanks for posting! Great video! It looks like your charging time was over an hour. Do you find this is typical? Have you found the charge to be faster at a station that delivers 350kw? Also, when are you planning on doing video of the Lyriq charge using the adaptor? There are some adaptors available made by third parties. Or are you waiting for a GM adaptor? Thanks again!
It has been a minute, but I think the time I spent there in total was about an hr with charging time more like 20 minutes. What u see is an estimate to 100%. We don’t charge to 100% on road trip stops and normally see 20-40 minutes at each stop
Thanks for the great video. This was fantastic to see. So Tesla is now allowing GM EVs to charge on their V4s? Or is it just this site? I know it's only the stalls and the actual chargers are still V3s, but this is news to me. So perhaps the February timeframe of that Tesla rep in Utah was correct. Obviously, GM and Ford EVs still need the adapters, but the V4s, besides the magic dock sites, already have the adapters built in. Or is this the site in Columbia, South Carolina? If so, then this is the first V4 stalls site I've seen used as magic dock site that actually allow others to charge. All other V4 sites in the US still don't allow other EVs to charge even though they all have the adapters built in. And what's the top charging speed of the Lyriq? And did you precondition the battery if it supports that? Would love to know if the amps are not being limited to 350 like the V3 stalls magic dock sites do. And yes, Tesla has no rivals when it comes to EV charging. They did it all themselves from scratch. When no other major auto manufacturer cared to even start, and wanted governments to do it for them, Tesla did it all themselves. And now they do it like no other. No one is even close. Building everything themselves, their chargers cost them 1/4 of what other chargers cost. And they currently average over 20 stalls installed per week. And plan to average over 50 per week by the end of 2025. That's on top of the over 22,000 already installed in the US. And all at a 99.96% reliability rate. So you are absolutely correct, Tesla dragged ALL other manufacturers into the EV age. It's join them or go under.
It is Columbia, SC. All EVs can charge there. Nothing unique to GM & Ford. I do think the leak from Utah seems to be right. Ford just announced they are shipping their adapters and GM has mention in their Q4 earnings slide deck of H1 2024, so I expect GM to do theirs shortly after Ford, since they made the deal 2 wks after Ford did. The fear of Tesla is a good thing. ;-}
@@thenetworkarchitectchannel Thanks for the info. Do you happen to know what are the amps limit on the Lyric? I'm trying to find out if Tesla is allowing more than the 350 amps limit on these V4 dispensers with their longer but thicker cables. Whereas, the V3 magic dock stalls are limited by Tesla to 350 amps for none Teslas.
@@thenetworkarchitectchannel Again, thanks for the info. So unless the battery was not preconditioned, the speeds you got suggest Tesla is limiting the amps to 350 even on V4 dispensers. I understand the chargers are still 400v V3s, but I thought perhaps with the thicker cables they would allow their max of over 500 amps to none-Teslas.
Ah… yes, this is a "Magic Dock" site. We're still waiting to see when Tesla will authorize GM to charge at v3 Superchargers -let alone other EVs besides Ford and Rivian. It is worrisome that GM's J3400 adapter (part #85090442) has now disappeared from its parts store. Sure sounds to me like the transition is now delayed because of the Supercharger firings.
It seemed fine, but u r right. This approach is susceptible to poor cell quality neutralizing the whole ability to charge. Other charging providers have a phone number you can call in situations like that, but Tesla does not.
Yeah, ive been driving a Tesla for 10 years. As a tesla owner i dont have to use any phone app at all to use a charger. They just work when i plug them in. Its super simple. @@thenetworkarchitectchannel
True, but it was targeted at LYRIQ owners who I know most are first time EV buyers and likely never even heard of the TesSC network. So I took it from the beginning
This is misleading the title should say Tesla magicdock, of which there are like 20 locations. These instructions are not consistent with the adaptor GM will be distributing for general v3 access
I am making a subsequent video using the adapter which will be paired with this video. I see nothing misleading. I charge a LYRIQ at a SC and say during the video I will be releasing a subsequent video where I will charge using the adapter. Sorry you feel I was being misleading, but I respectfully disagree.
Don't think the title is misleading, but do agree charging at V3 stations is MUCH worse. He commented on that though - how you have to pull way up, and maybe can't because of the bollard. Best case at V3 stations is the left most stall pulling parallel, and the right most stall pulling at an angle. Sure, I suppose he could show the experience at V3 stations for comparison, but don't think the title or video is misleading - since he covered the V3 vs V4 points in the video.
Is there any sense of when Cadillac will release their adapter. I heard it might have an extender that would alleviate the issue with the short cords. Can’t wait to verify.
It seems so much easier to be able to pull into any gas station anywhere, fill the tank, and be on your way two minutes later. This EV stuff is a real pain.
If you make a lot of road trips, and need to fuel up away from home frequently, then you're probably right, and you'll want to wait a while to get an electric car. However, if you're someone like me, who pretty much never fuels away from home, then it's just the opposite. I plug my car in at night, just like my phone, and it's ready to go in the morning. I literally NEVER have to stop at ANY kind of fueling station.
The introduction is directed at EV owners who never heard of the TesSC network. You have FF controls. Also, you are welcome to product and publish your own video which I am confident will be superior to mine.
I understand that you wanted to show people how these work with non Tesla ev’s, but that video should’ve been no more than 3-5 minutes. You told us way to much common sense stuff about the room for the vehicle, to park close or not, and definitely the ending when you spoke about 3 ways to disconnect. Using the alligator clip is a must because you have to disconnect from the car, is the only way to actually disconnect the cable. Like I said, the video was ok, but way to much talk about common sense stuff.
Thx 4 the feedback. The disconnect in the new adapter universe I felt was worthwhile time spent. I use to drive a M3LR as my daily driver. As any Tes owner will tell you, the stupid adapter staying put after pulling out a charging cable and the charge port door closing on it was a pain. Took two hands to do right and a bit of a learning process. Here you can kill the power by pressing the alligator clip, but you can also kill power from a safe distance and lift the alligator clip after power dies a few ways. I am confident drivers will find ways that work for them. You suggest everyone must do it your way and that is a very narrow view that believes your way is the right way. There are options. Your way is the right way for you. Me, maybe not. Someone else maybe but maybe not. Good news bout the pulling all the way in is Tes is making an extension, so gonna be a non-issue in a bit. Thx 4 watching.
Look at it through the para scope of a first time EV owner who drives a LYRIQ. I purposely went slow. Many of them have never even heard of the TesSc network

In Quartzsite Arizona exit 17 west bound side, north, has 36 chargers next to Carl Jr's
Yeah, I hope to visit that location someday. The place is legendary in EV circles. Thx for watching.
Help
I suggest calling OnStar. They have always been helpful to me
Thanks for the video, looking to buy a lyriq and this was a big question I had, you seem like an expert and I’m wondering if you know the charging speed difference between Tesla and lyriq.
BP opened one in England last week and assumdly sometime soon in the US too. The future is bright. Exciting times in which we live! Thx 4 watching
Thanks for posting. I am strongly considering getting a Lyriq, but without access to the super charger network I am hesitant.
No reason to purchase right away if it is not for you. Maybe wait for the J3400 charging port too?
Hello, what adapter do i need to buy to be able to charge at a tesla super charger.
Right now, none will work, but once they are open to GM owners your choice is to either wait for the free one or buy a Lectron Vortex or an A2Z Typhoon
New Lyric 2024 owner. Do I need NACS adapter to charge at Tesla?
Yes.
Got the NACS adapter.
The adapter can be used only for teala super charger or all tesla?
I am not sure what happened but no links in the description for me. I was going to watch the in depth video you referenced.
Click more and it is the one titled “Tesla vs Rivian”. Shows for me. Otherwise not sure. Anyway thx for watching
Not even in the same ball park.
how is your a/c working, test drove a lyriq, seemed a/c could not keep up with it 95' outside?
My wife likes it cold. I find I need turn off my passenger side vent when she is driving. Otherwise it gets too cold. We have a 2023 DE.
Thanks, Walter. Is there a way to filter out destination chargers on Charge Your Non-Tesla in the app?
@@mikemahan6429 no, but I understand Chargeway can.
Really helpful video, thank you 🙏🏽
Glad it was helpful!
So if I am at a 3 or 4 charging station I won't need to have my own adapter? I just bought one.
Can I use my adapter at a 1 or 2?
Ah man. Just at magic dock ones. Confusing I know. Easy to see on Tesla Supercharger web site
Just downloaded Tesla App on 7/15/2024 and there is no option to add a non Tesla vehicle. Although the app will let me enter the Lyriq info and shows me how to approach the charging stations. But it will not let me charge the car yet.
Nope, not yet. GMC only at the moment.
I don’t understand as your video shows charging a Lyriq at a Tesla supercharger. How were you able to charge your Lyriq 5 months ago?
They can be found in the Tesla app by setting your car to Lyriq. Thx 4 watching
Good video, but you never shared what it cost to fully charge it at that station.
I normally don't. Videos are snapshots of a time. Prices fluctuate.
@ got it! Thanks
I used these chargers in Columbia, SC last week
I also have a '23 Cadillac Lyriq
how'd u like it so far (the car)?
@thenetworkarchitectchannel I love it. I haven't had any issues. I'm just waiting for updates. I also watched your scheduled service video. Mine is coming up soon. I live in Rock Hill SC, and I've watched all your videos ... their very helpful
I have a 24, did you have to buy an adapter? I just bought one and wonder if I need it since he did not in the video. That charging station plugged right into his. I have a 24.
Can we buy that adapter online? I have a 2024 lyriq
No, not yet, but there are pretty good equivalents. We own an A2Z branded one.
@thenetworkarchitectchannel I just bought an adaptor from GM with points. They said that it was an approved one
Enjoy your LYRIQ. We love ours too.
@@thenetworkarchitectchannel Thanks .... and keep those videos coming. I have to laugh because when I was growing up my Mother had this thing about big large taillights on cars. She wanted to be sure that folks KNEW when we were stopping. Wouldn't let Dad buy a new car unless she did the walk around to check out the brake lights.
I personally have a healthy fear of the juice being played with here. That amount will kill you like a bug zapper and not even say sorry. Using a knock off adapter on a rainy day sounds a little too exciting for my tastes. ;-) Stay safe.
@@thenetworkarchitectchannel oh yeah, like I said just more curious than anything. Don't plan to get one 3rd party. You definitely recommend the Lyriq btw?
w/o reservation. It costs less than the X, but has more to offer. It is so big, it barely fits in the garage. Such a dream to drive. My wife and I both agree. It is the nicest car we have ever owned.
Thank you. Great video. ❤
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you, kind sir!
Very welcome!
I welcome EV cross fraternization. :) Were is that 96 stall supercharger station going to be?
search TH-cam for Out of Spec vid titled "CCS vs Tesla DC Fast Charging In Quartzsite Arizona".
...and actually it is 125 stalls.
A friend of mine tried to charge his LYRIQ tonight and had no luck. Finally he called Tesla and they told him you can’t charge GM cars on Superchargers yet
Only at their MagicDock locations. We are still waiting for broader access like Ford & Rivian have already
@@thenetworkarchitectchannelso that NACS to CCS adapter I just bought is useless huh? I see the MagicDocks already have that CCS adapter installed. I wonder where I may be able to use it?
Excellent video...thank you so much for putting together.
Glad you enjoyed!
Is this the one in SC?
yes. Columbia
Are we being give these adapters or do we need to buy them?
buy them, but not avail yet.
No V4 really yet, but the dispenser looks different in v4
Which adapter do you recommend I buy & where can I buy it?
It is Columbia, SC. All EVs can charge there. Nothing unique to GM & Ford. I do think the leak from Utah seems to be right. Ford just announced they are shipping their adapters and GM has mention in their Q4 earnings slide deck of H1 2024, so I expect GM to do theirs shortly after Ford, since they made the deal 2 wks after Ford did.
The fear of Tesla is a good thing. ;-}
475 by my math. 400 v w/ top speed of 190 kW.
@@thenetworkarchitectchannel Again, thanks for the info.
So unless the battery was not preconditioned, the speeds you got suggest Tesla is limiting the amps to 350 even on V4 dispensers. I understand the chargers are still 400v V3s, but I thought perhaps with the thicker cables they would allow their max of over 500 amps to none-Teslas.
kudos to Tesla, especially Elon Musk for having the incite to get this done correctly from the get go, Thank You Elon
Agreed. Visionary of the highest level.
Sure sounds to me like the transition is now delayed because of the Supercharger firings.
yeah, suckie 4 sure. Gonna be months b4 this mess gets sorted.
Hopefully that supercharger isn't in a dead spot for your cell phone.
I'd advise against this. Per Cadillac, the adapter with Tesla will come out November
Thanks for the info but video could be 3 minutes instead of 13
True, but it was targeted at LYRIQ owners who I know most are first time EV buyers and likely never even heard of the TesSC network. So I took it from the beginning
I think it comes with a gerbil in a cage….. American car engineering….
I’m not happy when another brand car books 2 spots.
I agree. It is a problem. I think the Tesla extension will solve for though. Thx 4 watching
Haha, "Europe, North America, Mexico…" - 🇲🇽 is a part of NA 😮
4 sure. I didn't say otherwise, although I concede the way I said it can be understood that way. Thx 4 watching.
GM Q4 earnings slide deck says H1 2024. GM was two weeks after Ford and Ford is soon to ship theirs, so it stands to reason GM will be shortly after.
whole lot of talking and no charging
I do charge at the end. I felt often the preliminaries are overlooked and this is targeted at 1st time SC users
It seems so much easier to be able to pull into any gas station anywhere, fill the tank, and be on your way two minutes later. This EV stuff is a real pain.
Impossible to explain but no. Evs r more convenient since u fuel up in your garage
Don’t bore us, get to the chorus. More than 3 minutes in, nothing said.
Thx 4 watching.
too much talking, get to the point already
Look at it through the para scope of a first time EV owner who drives a LYRIQ. I purposely went slow. Many of them have never even heard of the TesSc network
