    This couldn’t be more relevant and useful in these times of COVID-19 lockdown. We’re a 65/70 yr old couple stuck in the apartment for the duration. I’ve started doing these exercises three times a day using canned veg as weights. Feel really good afterwards. Thanks.

    this is the only person I work out to . I gave up my gym in NYC and watch him 5 days a week. I never get hurt. He is really outstanding!!

    I am 86 and my wife 80 and we use one of your videos about 5 times a week. No problems physically so we can follow along with no trouble

    It's really nice to have a young, fit coach who can actually provide a work-out at a pace that older, disabled or less fit people can manage without feeling patronized or bad about what we can't do. So, thank you for this and I will definitely be having a go! 15 minutes is an achievable target and I love watching the calorie burner too 😊

    I have been doing one of your other senior workouts for over a year now and it has helped me stay in shape at 66. This one has added more exercises to my routine and I am now doing a half hour of exercises. You are a great teacher as you make these easy to follow and do.

    I am 73 and I love this video. I can't believe that I am sweating! I tore my quads and my Achilles tendon years ago, but I am able to do these exercises without pain. Wooohooo! I love Coach Kozak!!

    Thank you for making this video! I'm not a senior; I'm recovering from a serious illness that nearly left me unable to walk. I love the functional movements in this video, and the positive attitude! Even though I'm in my 20s I still felt encouraged and proud of myself for finishing the workout.     Loved the workout! Senior people should slowly progress toward more intense exercises, and simpler forms of pushups and squats are the way to go.

    I've done virtually no exercise for 20 years so at the ripe old age of 49 this was a decent introduction back into the world of exercising. Feeling it in my legs after this already but a great and gentle intro to help me get back into some sort of shape and degree of fitness. Thanks.

    Today is day 3 of my 15 minute Senior workout with Coach Kozak. I am 56 and had a heart attack just after Thanksgiving 2016. I love this video because from day one I've been able to keep up! It feels so good to finally find a workout plan I can do as cardiac rehab at home. Thank you SO VERY MUCH for these wonderful videos and I plan on working my way up with you! Love you guys!

    I'm 68 and in good health and I hate exercise, don't ask me why, I just do. Anyway, recently I've started feeling body aches and pains for the first time ever. That's when I knew I had to bite the bullet and do this. This routine is perfect for me, I wasn't bored and got through to the end. Yay, so proud!     I watched this video today. You are very supportive and encouraging so i "liked " it and subscribed. I am 60 years old and I wish to improve in cardio, strength, flexibility and balance. I will appreciate your recommended exercises for these. God bless.

    I'm only 58, but Lyme has made movement very difficult and I'm in pain all the time. This workout is one that I can actually do, AND it has helped somewhat with the pain! Thank you so much for sharing this!

    I will be 68 in August and am so out of condition it’s pathetic. Due to my shear laziness I LIE around playing on my iPad all day. Cleaning house in periodic spurts is my exercise 🙄 I’m an avid gardener and with Spring around the corner I need to get off my duff. Plus making healthy choices in food and exercise must be paramount. Having fibromyalgia scares me away from doing a lot of things. But moderate exercise is a must. Thank you for this video. Hopefully soon I’ll be lifting BOTH legs at the same time. Yay!
