I made this recipe and it is very good.🤗❤ Here some advises for people who want to try it: -The recipe for the batter only 2 dorayaki. I had to quadruple the recipe to make enough dorayaki for my friends. 🤗 -Don't do that recipe on a day you have something planned. It took me 4 hours to make the dorayaki (I'm a slow cook though). I will definitively do the bun recipe when I'm craving pancakes. It is so good and can't wait to try it with various toppings ❤💕

Oishi! I always find them too sweet when I used to buy from Lawson's when travelling to Japan. Now I can make and regulate the sugar! 😆 In Chinese recipe, it's also a dessert soup, we also drink it after boiling a long time.

Thanks for sharing, next time you try to plan ahead, soak the washed red beans over night or you can even freeze them after soaked 1 hr to frozen. Next day remove and let it melt to room temperature then cook it. If frozen, it takes only 20 to 30 mins all the beans will be tender. You can do it to any dried beans and peas.

Hi! I just wanna share my knowledge about cooking beans. What we do is we let the beans sit on a big bowl with the water overnight so when we use it it will not take too much time for boiling to be smooth.

Do you live in Kazakhstan? Here in the US there are Chinese supermarkets in most of the bigger cities which sell adzuki beans. Boston, New York... even Hartford has at least one. In KZ it might be possible to find one in Nur-Sultan. But then, I don't know where you live, so I'm just guessing... good luck!
