- How to make Gyoza dumplings. I usually make them with ready-made gyoza skins, but I heard that it is difficult to get ready-made skins in your country.So, no matter where you are in the world, if you follow this recipe, you will be able to make the best dumplings. I hope you'll try to make them!

@@anaistres3359 it's sad that I have bad memories in the kitchen. Everytime I cook with my mom, she would always yell and blame everything i did. One time when she was mad, she would throw stuff at me too. That's the reason why I hate cooking to begin with. But I still cook to eat tho.

@@anaistres3359 Awe thank you so much. I keep telling myself to not repeat what my mother did to me. But i still love my mother even after all what she did. My mom is suffering from cancer and i can't imagine how hard it is for her. She's losing appetite and she's very skinny. I'm scared that she'll leave us one day. I truly love her and she's the best mom I could ask for. Everyone makes mistake and i hope we learn from it too.
If sutan becomes a teenager I hope to see her having a close bond with her mom still. I dont want to ever see her being a stubborn teenager such as i am. This channel made me realize how hard it is being a parent. 🥺🥺

Exactly what I thought!!
Polish dumplings are similar- the secret is pouring boiling water into flour.
After that you can stuffed them with any fillings- meat, cheese and potatoes (called Russians one) or with white cheese and fruits.
When dough is ready we rolled it on 2-3mm thickness and cut circles by using glass. It’s easier than try to roll on each piece of dough:)
I’ll try gyoza tomorrow, yesterday I made ramen from your recipe. It’s much easier than simmering tare for hours. It was scaring me before. And now cooking ramen (and using ready-made ramen noodles) is pure pleasure.

I am from India, I just tried your recipe today on my mom's birthday, my mom really loves Japanese culture and she always wanted to try Japanese food but since we are vegetarian it's hard to find veg Japanese food, so I made veg gyoza today and I gotta say they were the best! My mom loved them so much and she was so happy that she got to try out Japanese food! I was a bit sacred putting hot water in oil, and I gotta admit it was a scary experience but the outcome was worth it! Thank-you so much moe for making my mom's birthday special by your awesome recipe!

@@sunishkasharma6403 I used cottage cheese, onion, some paprika powder, salt, soy sauce, schezwan sauce and coriander that's it for the inside filling!

I just made these and they are OISHIIIIII 😍 Fair warning though: Do not eat them right away, let them sit for 5-10 minutes because they are HOT inside. It took me about 1.5 hours to make 10 gyoza, but it was worth it! The hardest part was kneading the dough, it's a nice arm workout. I think they're more delicious if the dough is rolled out super thin, so take your time with that. Thank you, Moe! Another amazing recipe!

It’s quite disturbing that Siri, even with the best intention, was there all along listening to Moe, and comforted her when she felt tired.
I think it's because she said something close to 'Siri' (or the Japanese equivalent) and so Siri listened to what she said. You can turn this setting off if u don't want siri to appear whenever she thinks she heard u say her name
Phones always have the mics on listening every you say, it's a fact

On the other hand it was incredible how focused and watchful Sutan was following your every move while you measured the gyoza dough! Wow. She isn't just in the kitchen because you're there. She truly wants to learn. Its quite incredible watching her grow up in front of us.
And other the last level yes Sutan was a handful in today's video, but it was just normal toddler behaviour 😊 I still can't get over how you handled cooking a new recipe, a demanding little human and having supper ready for Moto's homecoming !

For the skin I usually roll the whole thing out and then use a cookie cutter or cup to make the circles and repeat the process until I run out of the dough
Yeah, that's what my siblings and I do too. It usually comes out a little thick, so we roll the cut circles out again and it leaves us with a perfectly shaped thin wrapper

Have you tried fried fruit dumplings? Also fresh fruit sandwich on whute bread with cream cheese then cut into four pieces, both are good for bento boxes. Please try it, I am sure you and Sutan will enjoy it. Good for your husband too when you make him bento lunch. ometing different.
