    I love that. I do the first sequence in my Face Yoga classes to get aligned end centered and to regulate the breath. Sometimes I also the next one...
    I love the whole which I consider wonderful and excellent also for elderly ❤ XieXie Ni

    LuChin I like that sequence very much and will build it into my ever-expanding programme of movements!🤗On a very small point I find myself doing something intuitively when I interlace my fingers and press upwards. I like to touch the tips of my thumbs and little fingers at the same time as interlacing my other fingers. I visualise gathering energy in this movement. Thank you for this sequence.

    This exercise too, feels great. I always have to yawn, by every exercise, i do.
    I feel the effect is so much deeper, into my body, then "just the exercise"
    Or i am somewhat (more?) Sensentive for the deeper effects of your exercises.
