LuChin I like that sequence very much and will build it into my ever-expanding programme of movements!🤗On a very small point I find myself doing something intuitively when I interlace my fingers and press upwards. I like to touch the tips of my thumbs and little fingers at the same time as interlacing my other fingers. I visualise gathering energy in this movement. Thank you for this sequence.
You got it, you’re doing great! Many qigong movements are coming from thousands of years initiations accumulated by regenerations ❤

I feel the effect is so much deeper, into my body, then "just the exercise"
