Practicing this Qigong will help you to Relax, and Release Tensions , and Refresh Yourself after long Period of Sitting.
You can Practice 5 minutes during Break Time, after work time.
It is wonderful to take a break from internet, computer, and devices to enjoy this exercise

Perhaps there should be more of these. There are many people who are more comfortable sitting down (the elderly, for instance).

Just did this stretch in the evening! I definitely feel the tightness in my body loosen abit, and the pace is slow and relaxing. Can you also do a longer version of about 8-10mins maybe? 5mins goes by too quickly. Thank you for these stretches!

As someone who suffers with BPD, it’s really hard to mediate and keep my mind quiet. This was literally so amazing because I was able to focus my mind on something while still remaining calm. I was surprised I didn’t have of a single intrusive thought while doing this.
