I have a question: why we don't puree these vegetables before when we cook them? I can understand you the cooker just don't want to puree it. But I see very many youtube clips, they boil/simmer vegetables and finally puree them. Why we don't puree them from the beginning?
It depends on the mood and a bit weather as well related things; when the weather is warm and sunny, I would prefer some pureed soups, but when it's cold, I like a bit chunkier 😊
