      She's has great cardiovascular endurance and stays in control of her breathing. Group fitness instructors do this all the time.

    Just completed the work out and I am literally dripping sweat. What an amazing work out! I am going to be exercising everyday for three months (going to drop 30lbs in time for Christmas), so I can not only lose weight but get in to better shape! I know i'm going to feel this tomorrow- thanks!

    Holy molly !!! I've been home training 3-5 times a week for more than a year and a half, and this one just killed me ! I have a great fitness level, but this one's gonna get you sweaty in no time ! Love it !

    The first of your videos I wasn't able to complete. 7 minutes to go, the last lot of plank jacks killed me, I could barely manage the last half dozen but I pushed through . I'm admitting defeat , but only for now, I'll be back in a few weeks time and I WILL complete this. Also. the quads, oh my the quads. THE BURN.

    this is definitely one of the hardest popsugar workouts I've come across in such a short burst of time. I LOVE IT. beware, it is not for beginners BUT TRY IT ANYWAY! just do the modifications or take out the plyo. great for your heart! I

    i asked for it...I GOT IT! omg i am sweating like a beast. talk about blowing out candles, i thought my house was going to come down i was blowing so hard. That doesnt sound right but you girls know what I mean!!! This is exactly what I like. Quick high intensity workouts but easy enough for anyone to do. Pls give us more.     I did this workout while in Europe for work for 7 weeks. It's perfect for small spaces like hotel rooms. Now that I'm home It's still one of my go-to workouts!

    I keep coming back to this workout - it was the first option for a 20 minute cardio workout and I love her happy comments and encouragements! As a complete beginner to this I'm really grateful for the options to do a slightly easier move here and there!! =D

    This routine had me dripping sweat! Perhaps it wasn't the greatest idea to do this right after the "Skinny Jeans" workout but it felt so good to finish!! It was an epic 3O minute session!

    Love the Popsugar workouts while we aren't able to go to the gyms. One thing I would like to see though is the equipment that we will need for the workout in the description. It would be very helpful!

    Great workout! If you forgot your mat in the other room (like I did), you don't necessarily need it. I work out 5-6 days a week and was sweating after this one! Keep them coming!

    Oh my gosh this had me wondering how come I'm so unfit after working out like crazy for years lol. Great cardio session. Someone said this burns about 150 calories to 180 calories without modifications. 😊

    I DID ITTTTTT!!!!!!
    Ok so, I did the whole workout BUT, I didn't do it exactly like the video. What I mean is, since it was my first time doing this exercise I did jumping Jacks at first, but after doing more sets of jumping jacks, I couldn't do them all the way like I did the first time. I did what I could and stopped and took a break a couple of times. I started working out just one week ago so I'm definitely a beginner. I have been doing the beginner workout for some days now and wanted to see if I could challenge myself to do this one. My legs are on fire and I literally sweated A LOT! Thanks! :D

    This was amazing! Four sets of the same thing was a little too repetitive for me to motivate myself further though, so I’d suggest adding a few more onto the others and just make it 3 😁

    This motivated me . When I start working out I use to do 30 minutes of excercise . Now I gotten lazy and just do 15 or 10 minutes . When I did 30 minutes I was losing weight now I'm not.

    I have to say I love Popsugar Fitness. The cute instructor who does them is probably the only fitness instructor I have followed that I think "o yeah, I would totally hang out with her after a workout." Wish I could record myself doing these with my two year old hanging off of every body part she can get a hold of... Just adds to the intensity right?

    LOVE THIS 21 day challenge! This a great challenge to tone up mostly ... I recommend doing at least 15 minutes of cardio after in order to lose the fat faster and easier. But like the video said abs are made in the kitchen!

    Loved this workout. It worked me out! Lol. I like the energy of the instructor, her encouragement to modify if need be, but keep it moving. She was not like some instructors who make you feel like if you modify you are not getting it done. Anyway, this was great, I am glad I subscribed.
