    This is what I do daily - 70 minutes walking at home and 10 minutes stretching exercise along with intermittent fasting with 1250 calories diet intake and I lost 15 kgs in 5 months

      Normal home cooked healthy food...I did intermittent fasting. I did 16 hours fasting and divided my 8 hours eating period into 2 big meals and 2 small meals ...big meals included a bowl of rice and gravy (veg/chicken/fish/meat) OR 1 chapati and any vegetable bhaji / chicken / meat gravy)..Small meals options are salad/handful of dry fruits/ sukhi bhel/ fruits/dates/ dark chocolate/ 1 tbsp peanut butter. etc. I installed Healthifyme app for counting calories consumed and Pedometer App for calories burnt during brisk walking. I avoided fried foods and sweets..but once in a week ..in one meal I did cheat meal by having one piece of sweet/ a plate of pani poori/ or my other cravings but in limited quantity. Healthifyme app tells you how much calories to consume and how much calories to burn...how much to drink water...drinking bearable hot water will be very useful for faster weight loss. In short, My timing of eating period was 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Drank 10 glasses of water, burnt 270 calories in the morning during fasting time and 200 calories after 1 hour of dinner followed by 10 minutes of stretching exercise and had 1250 calories daily. From 83 kg to 68kg...this was my journey of weight loss...now I am not doing any weight loss from last 4 months but maintained my weight by eating in control...I hope this helps you all

      Also ate high protein foods and less carbs ..avoided potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc.. During fasting period ..not even tasting food is allowed. If did, spit it out

      I m having in breakfast sprouts and in lunch moongdaal with one chapati and in dinner salad( cucumber, beetroot) and after half an hour again moongdall or any green vegetable.

    I wanted to ask you a question badly. Since I workout daily, is it okay for me to wash my hair daily with shampoo? And if yes then please do mention what kind of shampoo would you suggest? Please answer this question. I really need help on this one. My hair usually needs to be be frequently washed, even when I don't workout. But gym days, it really is a confusing question. Can you please someday make a hair care video. Especially for those who workout and have to walk too much in sun. It would mean a lot.

    Hi Anwesha, its been 5 days I have started walking on my terrace.. I walk for an hour in a good pace.. Since, I don't do any other exercise, will this walking one hour be helpful..? Its around 7000-8000 steps everyday! Please help!

    We can walk anytym means kuch khaya hua ho tab bhi coz kids ko school bhejne ki vajah se dint get tym in mrning and in evening i cnt do in day tym i can

    Today is my first day 5 minutes will do it in the evening too slowly will increase the time my diet is perfect but because of allergy cannot go out for walk for gym not that much time seems it's good for me will update you the result i need little motivation too hahaha
