I come back to this one regularly. I went from using no weight to one lb weights; I think I will be ready for 2lb weights soon.

Would be great if we were being told what muscles we're working for each exercise.

I like the idea and th ework out BUT she does not show how to do the movements in a slow motion to ensure that people are doing the exercises correctly .. She moves way too fast . do ech exercise in slow motion and talk through the correct motions first and then do the exercises.
