    Ballerina arms, in order to be flawless and controlled must be worked every day. If you are not a dancer and want to have that beautiful look and posture, I'll help you increase the flexibility and strength of your arms while tightening several hard-to-tone areas.

    I’ve always wanted to learn ballet.... but I have no time since I’ve enrolled myself into 5 to 6 extracurricular activities.... this has been helping me a lot... thank you so much!

    Hi, Alessia! This is great, as always!! I was sondering if u could post a video about shoulder flexibility. I can bend my back like cobra pose but when i try to elongate my arms, they simply make me fall down. Thanks for your time!

    I love this video a lot... Just a minor thing is too much light and white stuffs at the background as such we cannot see you well.
