    Hi Ariel! I am a former Russian Classical Ballerina who has sustained many arm and back injuries and really appreciated the exercises and direction in this video (slow and controlled is definitely best!). Thank you and I look forward to trying more of your ballet inspired videos (this was my first one ;).

    Fantastic. Thank you. I love the warm-up, and everything that follows! Most arm routines are more limited in scope-- and don't warm up the joints, or move the whole body.

    I just discovered your workouts and I am excited to do more of them! You have such a wonderful personality and I like the control in your workouts. I also like the reminders to not tense our neck, etc.

    This was so good but I couldn't hear what you were saying much of the time because the music is louder than your voice. I'm definitely going to look for more of your workouts, you have an incredible physique! This was fun, too. Thank you so much.

    Fantastic workouts by Ariel ! Just what the doctor ordered... I have been looking for a long time this kind of exercices, allying Pilates and barre a terre, which unfortunately is no longer taught in classes. So I have to work from home. But like TooFIT4You I have to agree that in this video particularly the music is so loud that it almost covers Ariel's voice ! And furthermore I must say that I would have appreciated more like softer music which usually accompanies classical or contemporary ballet workouts...

    Great controlled workouts, nice and slow working the muscles! The music is driving me nuts!!! It is too loud and much too frantic, This is ballet based not Zumba! :) Is it possible to have an option where you can turn it off, or chose a version without the music Please! :)

    I love and have done all your workouts. The one thing that is driving me crazy is the music. Its maybe just too loud, possibly aggressive. I just feel like I want to always turn it off. Its is something I thought I would mention. Great channel otherwise. Love it. Cheers, Kate :)

    I enjoyed this and it was therapeutic for my elbow and shoulder as I had a fracture from falling a couple months ago. Still is painful on palm/wrist and elbow to hold my body weight so I did those exercises on my elbows, or just held a plank on elbows. Using light weights though I found the standing work very doable. Unfortunately I felt the voice was competing with the music, maybe an issue with your mic. Still great workout thank you.

    Yeah I concur.. you really do not need that music... it is overpowering.... and can't hear you properly... other wise arms are burning... Long and lean is my aim...
