Thanks Anna for this amazing workout. I’m 14, and I used to hate sports but now I like them. I’ve been working out with you for about a month. Today I challenged myself. I took the 8 weight instead of the 5 (not for all exercises some I couldn’t but most).

doing it with 4kg dumbbells 🔥🔥 Anna, lately my routine has been pretty hectic, these 20min workouts have helped me a lot, thank you ❤️ currently doing all 15/20 with weights, HIIT, upper, lower, etc and giving my best, and keeping moving during the day!
