I may have found my new favourite ab workout ❤ I love the 'down dog to climber', I loooooove side Tucks, and also every exercise for the lower abs you put in there. It really works great and is fun to follow with the music and the tempo. Love love love

Just a small suggestion: could you consider using background music without swear words? I often have my kids around while I exercise, and it would be great to keep the music family-friendly. For example, around the 4:16 mark in this video, the song choice includes some language that might not be the best fit. Thanks again for all the inspiration and hard work you put into these videos!
