My arms were already burning after the warm-up 🥴 but it was a great mix of upper body exercises and it's definitely going on my upper body playlist!

Thank you for your workouts!! 9 months later and I am able to do pushups off my knees, I’m the most flexible I have ever been and my body feels strong. Last summer I went hard on Anna page Monday-Friday with also a Pilate Saturday and Sunday.! Within a month I saw results.! Redoing that . I’m. Starting a little later this summer but here we go.!

Hi Anna! I can do all of this routine which is Head Up and Standing. So I’ll just repeat parts I can do. The recovery for the vitrectomy is going to take a couple of months but you do have plenty of Arm Workouts All Standing plus others. Ok, I did this one and subbed standing reps for the low down head parts and I loved this routine! Thanks. ❤❤

However it is hard for me when you play songs with inappropriate language. A lot of times my kids are with me while I’m doing the exercises and I don’t want them to hear the words and repeat them.

I'm a 14 year old girl. I love Anna's workout, they're the best. They're not too difficult or too easy. When I started this workout, I found it effective, because there were no pauses. However, during the workout I didn't have this sensation. Some exercises were really easy, but others were impossible, like the frog hold. I didn't like this workout, but others are amazing. Good job Anna! Keep going! Love from Italy.
