After 10 years of having a horrible time in life I have found the course to start Spinning bike, found GCN and haven’t looked back. I look forward to ride every night. I ride this training in the start of a Zwift Gran Fondo and after this one a zone 2 training like Ollie. Can you maybe make a gran fondo lenght training? Like 3 hours? I am an amateur and just do something in the fondoS. It would be amazing to have a traing/pacing for such a long ride :)😊 Great startup training this!! Thnx Conner again for all your motivation
When doing these session, could someone help me out please? How do you set your turbo trainer? I have a Wahoo Kicker Snap…… Would you just set the resistance via the wheel pressure with it turned off or is there a specific mode for this type of training through the app? I’m unsure 🫤

I liked this one. Tough one the legs but how it ramps the sessions down as you go makes it manageable even if you are not in peak form.
