great work duder! You have such a busy looking under-carriage with that support/traction bar setup + the oil cooler. I enjoy seeing your invested hard work in this car. Cheers brother
@@Comestomind thanks man! They’re made by Quickjacks. They’re like $1500 to $2500online. You can probably find a used set. Just know they have different models for different size/weight cars.
I used Lexan and c-channel aluminum to mount over the lower core support lip and then all the factory holes for the under cover with the exception of the hole at each end by the wheel wells.
@@brandonshupperd792 an actually slick. Not gonna be used in the street. I have new wheels for the street. No tires yet. The tires I have now that are bald are re-71r
winter is coming..... I would love to have that snow plow on my car. (instead of paying my landscaping guy $60 to plow my driveway after each snowstorm) 🤣😂😂
looks solid but maybe consider painting it in black bedliner as opposed to standard wood paint, will give it more of a high end look and look less wood-y
So I bought them used for $200. From what I can tell they are made by Bwoody. Here’s a link. They’re dumb expensive lol www.bwoodyperformance.com/proddetail.php?prod=120.2012
Probably not. Unless I could find one thick enough to be effective but but also lite enough. I have everything to make a composite version but I just haven’t had to to make a video about it.
@zackellis23 I meant collapse. Well at least what they call them. But they have whatever length to them and when you go over something higher they shorten via spring inside. It's pretty cool
@@lumimobb ohhhh I see what you’re saying. If you remember what they’re called let me know. I’d be interested in checking them out. I think I’m going to try and make version 2 of the splitter sooner than later
The way you traced it out with that filter box made me feel sooo dumb, that was awesome.
Also the trick they showed me for scrapping is to use stickon velcro felt on the contact points for protection
Hahaha nah don’t feel dumb! I used it so I knew I’d have close to 4” and it would be consistent and easy.
@@akirony that’s a good idea! I appreciate it

Thanks man! I appreciate it! I really do!
That came out great. Great use of the filter box 😂
Haha thanks man! I spent like 10 minutes measuring things that were close to 4 inches.
Man you done killer work on that!!! Goes hard af🫡
Hahaha thanks man! I appreciate it for sure!
good video, was worth the watch. Question....What's the lo-down on those lifts that the car is on? Make those? or did you buy them?

Looking good dude! They are on crack about the rules for the splitter 😂
Thanks man and I know! I read it like 20 times. I was like am I dumb or does this not make sense? Haha
I used Lexan and c-channel aluminum to mount over the lower core support lip and then all the factory holes for the under cover with the exception of the hole at each end by the wheel wells.
That's actually a really good idea. I might try that
@@zackellis23 yes, its lasted over 10 years and seems to be nearly indestructible. Painted it black plastic paint. Use at least 1/4".
Zach brother it's time for tires! Also I have a brand new 2.9 bws I'm getting rid of as I went big turbo!
Hahaha I know. I used them so long because I’m switching my set up for next racing season. I have slicks to mount up next year.
Also how much are you asking for the BWS?
Only what I payed $600 I had a 1.0 die that I sent in so I got more off than most. It'll be brand new in box.
Email me or find me on Facebook.
Slicks or like a r888?

Honestly a really good idea. I actually have a DIY Composite kit to re-create it in carbon fiber
Did you make the support/traction bar setup for the front or did you buy it? I've never seen one like that

Mopar or no car...?
Ok mr....SHAAAW
"Wtf is the point of a splitter if it doesn't stick out past your bumper" 🤣
BRO! I didn’t know you had a channel! And I know so dumb haha. Or I’m the dumb one… both are plausible lol
@zackellis23 I actually just started it lol that's a dumbass rule if it is what it sounds like
@@TougeTaxi275 damn right man! I love the idea.
@zackellis23 thanks man it means a lot
there is a guy that sells splitter rods that compress, spring loaded.
these are carbon fiber rods Im currently using from Professional Awesome. They compress but won't stretch. That's why I can stand on it.
