The story sounds like fiction, and probably chatbot generated fiction because in real life that father would have been at least banned and trespassed from the park after doing something like that.
Edit: And, if you're bitten or scratched by a cat, unless you're actually spurting blood the best thing to do is allow the wound to bleed for a couple of seconds to push any infection out of the wound, then wash it before bandaging it. Then you need to keep a close eye on it to be sure, as it's 50/50 that you'll need antibiotics to deal with the remaining infection.

If logic could be measured on a scale, Karens' would fall into negative numbers. I work retail, and I had to deal with this incredibly dumb person for Western Union. She was hoping to pick up like $15 hundred dollars, but she couldn't provide the tracking number. Like the very thing that proves you have money coming and we can tell the system it's been picked up. And then she couldn't get in contact with the person sending so she left. Then we see her on The Fourth, she tries again right when Western Union is open. We've done NO business yet and wouldn't be able to pay it out, unless she wanted it all in 10's and 5's, depleting our change reservoir. She refused to leave, saying she "understood" we don't have the money to give her, but refused to accept that. Then kept asking when we will have it. Key word, "will". We can't predict the business we'll have, so there was no actual guarantee would EVER have it that day. I mean, we're not going to refuse paying out to other customers for smaller amounts. But she insisted on waiting instead of going to another location. Thankfully another customer did a huge sum of money orders in cash that made it possible to get rid of her, but seriously.

We live in a kind of cooperative balance with our pets, and it's really up to us not to upset that balance since the pets can't help being what they are.

A vegan restaurant will happily accommodate her dietary preferences, just as OP's establishment offers a salad, but that's not what she wants. What she wants is to /force/ people who would normally do otherwise to bow down and cater (2:24) to her, jumping through her hoops. You're not suggesting that someone who knows they have issues with dairy products showing up at Dairy Queen and not having options is a more a failure of Dairy Queen instead of the person. It's your responsibility to manage and plan for your dietary issues not every business in existence. If I walk into a seafood restaurant knowing just the concentrated smell is enough to trigger my issues its on me not them. Someone going into Dairy Queen when the warning is right there in the name is just wasting people's time. Just like the lady walking into a BBQ place looking for vegan options. So a couple of things on story 3:
Unfortunately, there are a few influencers who do own exotic cats, including servals, which this girl might have seen and assumed all small wildcats are like. Like I remember one was even selling plushies of their Serval. Then you also have Bengal cats which are a domesticated cat mixed with a small wildcat and are actually legal in several states. So for young children the line is getting blurred And I'm not saying no one should ever own an exotic pets. I own reptiles, I'd be a hypocrite if I said that but certain exotic pets should not be treated like domesticated cats and dogs.
There's even a big cat rescue about an hour away from where I live and they got a serval because it was on their front porch with a note going "I thought I could love the feralness out of him but I can't" So people have attempted this after being influenced by social media. They also have a bobcat who just never left the rehabilitation program and decided they wanted to stay there so some animals want to be domesticated I guess.
On the never note, it kinda of reminds me of a story from my mother's childhood when she still lives in South Africa. A Japanese family went for a drive-thru Safari and got out of their car to take pictures with the Lions. People argue that there should be more signs in different languages to stop this from happening and others argued "Its a f****** lion"

I've had change thrown at me, whole combos thrown at me, nearly spit at, screamed at, was called re**ta***ed, for the stupidest tiniest reasons ever: forgetting a dollar change, forgetting maybe one or two fries if we're in a rush, asking a customer in a drive-thru to pull up for a large order only to be met with rudeness, yelled at for not having a specific toy even though we have no control over it through our deliveries, refusing to honor coupons that are a year expired, refusing to give out free food from a previous day receipt claiming that the order was wrong even though it was a different shift. I have so many stories that are worthy of reddit lol.
I've only ever cried on the job once and it was when I thought my dog was dying at the vet. Never cried for the job itself Even though it was tough and mentally taxing. When I tell you I needed the job I needed it. It was during the first recession in 2008 and there was no time to be picky.
I hit my patience point finally when a racist customer was upset that I was speaking Spanish to the workers in the kitchen (who duh only spoke Spanish) so I can make sure they got a correction on an order that was entered. The lady went on a tirade about how this is America and English is the official language blah blah blah, And me being a history major told her: The United States, does not in fact have an official language. As a matter of fact the primary languages spoken here the most is Spanish and English thanks to colonization. Among other languages as well obviously. The lady tried to cut me off but I kept going until the manager finally had time to come out. I told him what happened of course And I said it's fine if I get reprimanded because I already had another job lined up after I finally graduated college which they already got my one month notice for.
To my manager's credit, after hearing what the woman said to us and the other Latino staff, he refunded her money and told her racism is not tolerated here. The lady looked at us speechless then looked at the other customers seeing if anyone was on her side and low and behold most of the customers were either of Latino descent, black, and people with obvious good morals.
Speaking of morals, The moral of this story is, Please think about the people working behind the counters are in the kitchen and don't be an a***hole. We are human too.

Story 3, my brother when he was eight opened our front door and their was a cat their, now our house is cat central there's usually between 3-5 cats on average going in and out of our property every day. So, we weren't scared of the cats and enjoyed watching them, my brother decided to pet the cat. It scratched his hand, it didn't even do any damage, no bleeding or anything but that attack traumatized my brother, for three years he refused to get near any cats, even family (aunt/uncles cats) unless he had no choice and another year before he felt safe petting them.

years ago I had a friend who hung out at the same bar I did. Once there was a litter of kittens that had been born under the back stairs. Some idiot apparently gave them acid. She adopted one of them but found out that it might seem friendly but if you tried to pet it it would turn on you, snarl and try to call you. She let she had to care for it as she had taken it in. One day I visited her. We had been out and gotten some wonderful coffee from a little place in North Beach. We made the coffee and sat drinking it. I sat on the floor, near the cat. I di not even look at it or put my hands near it but tried to be vary calm and non threatening. Later the cat was napping in a basket in her bedroom. I slowly moved over to it, and began softly petting it. It did not growl or claw me, but just dat there letting me pet it. She told me her roommates would never believe her iwun she told them.

Story 1: if you have dietary restrictions whether by choice or not, don’t go to a restaurant that can’t cater to them. I had a vegan friend back in college. Whenever his work or friends went out he checked the menu to make sure he could eat there. He later decided he could make a vegetarian exception to restaurants just to make things easier. I used to date a Jewish guy who ate kosher. He specifically stayed away from Mexican restaurants for obvious reasons.
Story 2: it’s one thing to claim you know the owner when you kinda sorta don’t. It’s another to claim you have an appointment when you never made one. I know nowadays most medical offices email or text you an appointment reminder.
Story 3: had the caracal bit or scratched the daughter the dad would have sued. Last month I found a stray kitten in my garage. I tried to catch it but no luck. Feeling sorry for it I fed it. I called animal control to see if they could trap it or at least give me the name of a rescue. When I told the animal control officer on the phone that it kept running away from me he told me to just let it go. Due to it being feral I could get injured and that would have bad consequences for me. I reluctantly stopped feeding it and left my garage open a crack. It left a few days later.
Story 4: just like how you don’t pet a dog without asking, you don’t just ride a random horse without asking. I don’t know the behavior of OP’s horse but it could only like OP or it likes certain methods. I once owned a well behaved Great Dane that was also a therapy dog. I constantly took to my local outdoor mall. It got a lot of pets and pictures. She was 3’ tall at the withers. She weighed about 150lbs, mostly muscle. I was 5’4” 150lbs at the time, wasn’t very muscular. Once a guy wanted to take a picture with my dog and his son. He tried to grab her leash because he didn’t want me in the picture. I told him he is not trained to handle her, I am. She will not listen to him. He insisted that he was stronger than me so if I could handle her, so could he. I told him it doesn’t matter, she only listens to me and he is not trained. Luckily his wife yells at him that he doesn’t know how to handle dogs and to just get in the picture before their son ruins it. Their son was crying because such a huge dog was scaring him. As they walked away I over heard his wife scolding him that it takes special training to handle a dog that huge, that’s why my tiny self could. Had he tried to hold my dog’s leash she would have probably dragged him across the sidewalk.
Story 5: when you have a large order it’s going to take some time. I work for a retail drug store chain. If a photo order is huge I usually say how long. If a customer doesn’t like the wait I usually break it down. If they still don’t like it I tell them they are more than welcome to try somewhere else. Personally I like fast food places that give away stickers and activity sets. My 4 year old gets just as much enjoyment out of them. After a few days he forgets about them and they’re so messed up anyway I can just throw them away. I probably have 2 or 3 30gallon storage boxes full of fast food and cereal toys from my childhood. Do I play with them? No. But they aren’t broken so I feel bad about throwing them out.

Vegan BBQ story: Yeah, some of the vegans are totally ridiculous. Remember when Burger King brought out their "Impossible Whopper" vegan burger? They didn't install separate broilers to cook them in, just used the same ones the regular burgers are cooked with. So I guess the actual meat, juices and grease leftover doesn't affect the vegan burgers at all.
Chiropractic appointment story: Hey Karen, maybe you might want to ACTUALLY make an appointment before just showing up.
Zoo story: Good grief!!! Even a feral housecat can mess a person up royally, let alone an actual wild feline of any kind. The caracal is close in size to a bobcat, which you would think would tell people that it's not a house pet.
Pony story: Yeah, most stables that provide riding lessons also put up horses/ponies that are privately owned in order to make ends meet. But either the trainer erred in not pointing out sooner that students only had access to certain animals or was just completely ignored.
No toys story: People refuse to believe anything that doesn't fit their ideas of "what should be". I hope that they took Karen's picture from the CCTV so they could ban her if she ever showed up again.

Marinated big portobello mushrooms are a fantastic bbq item and paired with an impossible burger or even the black bean burgers by Morning Star are tasty.
I'm a big old omnivore but I love most veggies as much as meat and I'm not super fussy unless it Has too much soy or chickpeas as I do have a bit of a time digesting them. If I remember to bring beano food enzymes to take with it, I can eat more, tho it's just a digesting issue.
Another fun item is big baked potatoes. They can be wrapped in foil and dropped in the coals or rotated on the grill to cook, too. And those one bacon bits (bacos?) Are actually soy lol so you can get those for your taters and some veggie shreds for the cheese. Top the taters with grilled onions and mushrooms really yummy, too
Another fun thing is bring tortillas and grill up some sweet bell peppers onions mushrooms and firm deep fried tofu that's been marinated in taco seasoning.
Fill a tortillas and top with salsa and good guacamole and you got some great bbq tacos

Re: cat bite...many year ago, while working in the out-patient Internal Medicine department of a major Cleveland, Ohio, medical facility, i received a phone call from my best friend. Cindy had a cat that was indoor/outdoor. Earlier that day, she went to pick him up to bring him inside as she was leaving for an overnight stay at another friend's, and the little b****rd bit her just like the lady in the OP's story - sinking his right through the meat of her thumb. I gave her directions on how to get to us, where to park, and where the department I worked in was located. In the 45-60 minutes it took for the bite to happen, her phone call to me, me corraling one of the Staff docs to add her onto his schedule (honestly, all i had to say was "Cat bite. Best friend" to my favorite doc, and he said "Absolutely!") and Cindy to arrive, her hand was the size of a softball and had the telltale red streaks up her arm.
BOOM! They got a bed, i threw her butt in a wheelchair and took her straight to the hospital room, telling the nursing staff there to ask someone crom Admitting come directly to the room.
I will also tell you that my friend is NOT a small person - she's about 5'9" and packed maybe an extra 30# of muscle, as she shows jumpers. She also has a morbid fear of needles, so when she was approached with an IV needle, well, it was a circus. Picture if you will me (a 5'10" woman weighing much more than I should, having to climb onto the bed to simultaneously lie full-length on her and try to turn her head AWAY from seeing the needle. She was so afraid and so rigid that the needle popped out of her before it could be taped in place. Nurs3s were holding down her legs. Despite my full weight on her, she STILL managed to scootch herself (and me) nearly off the head of the bed, teeth chattering in abject fear.. Once the needle was in, she calmed down almost immediately.
As I'm typing this out, 40 years later, I strongly suspect they hit her with a sedagive (iykyk) to calm her.
I called my boss to clock me out and to let her know that I wouldn't be back for the rest of the day and possibly not the next until I knew for sure she was going to be okay.
She was in-house for 2 days on an IV antibiotic drip, running wide open for the first day.

The comment in response to the "kitties" at the zoo was exactly the kind of thing I wanted to point out. To be fair to the lady in the commenters story though, that domestic cat didn't sound like they were putting off any signs of aggression, so people who haven't worked with rescue cats may not have known the body language for "no more touch", the cat might have been a bad communicator, & most people don't know to never try petting an unknown cat from above them, which takes practice as you are having to read a lot of body language & also keep eye on your environment so that nothing falls/spills/moves, ect. that would spook the cat or even you, then the cat! Honestly, even previous rescuers (myself included) have forgotten not to offer our hand from above, though waiting for the cat to approach you isn't as easily forgotten. A kitten play fighting or even the sweetest cat being put in a scary situation, especially if on drugs or hurt, could also lead to hard cat bites.
I initially thought her story was going to be about someone thinking a bobcat kitten was a stray kitten or something! Been done often with coyotes, too!

When I was a child in the 1970s our local zoo aquired a polar bear cub that had been orphaned by a hunter. I lived next door to the zookeeper that was in charge of the bears etc. I was able to bottle feed "Binky" for a couple of weeks until he grew too big to safely do so. Fast forward 20 years and I am visiting the zoo one day (1995 ish) and this tourist from Australia wants a picture of Binky and as he was napping in the sun he didn't look at the camera like she wanted. This lady climbed over 2 fences 4 feet apart and then leaned throught the bars of the enclosure. Binky was still laying in the sun when she picked up a rock and bounced it off of Binky's backside. This pissed him off and the tourist got mauled pretty badly. Since I was there and had interacted with the bear for many years the bear let go of her when I gave him the command that was used to call him to his shelter for treats. This allowed the zoo staff to remove her from the cage and call an ambulance. I still have the picture I took of Binky sticking his nose through the bars of his cage with her high top sneaker in his mouth. We sent the photo to the local newspaper with the caption "Hey lady. You forgot something." Every time I went back to the zoo Binky would come to the cage front when he heard me calling his name. There was another incident about 6 weeks later where a drunk teenager decided that it would be a great idea to dreak into the zoo after it closed and take a swim in the polar bear's pool. This kid ended up losing part of his leg as it was damaged too badly for the surgeon to repair. Sadly Binky died of old age about 10 years later and the zoo now has another polar bear named "Nanook" and a brown bear named "Oreo" sharing the enclosure.

So there's not hundreds of damn chicken fingers sitting around to make that big of an order so yeah, giving it 15 minutes to make all of it is honestly really fast. When I was younger, here in Australia, sometimes they would have a ‘cheetah walk’ in one of the Zoos. Yes the cheetah was domesticated, still you would have to be careful. However, one day I saw a young child pulling the cheetah’s tail to which the zoo attendant told the child not to pull the cheetah’s tail. Parent went ballistic and told the zoo attendant off. Suffice to say, the whole family was ejected from the zoo and was banned from returning because of their behaviour behaviour.

I know a lot of people who are vegetarian and get sick if they eat too much meat. I also know people who are meat eaters who get sick if they only eat plants. It's actually a physiological fact. So eat what you need to eat to stay healthy 😉

Story 3: I have a scar on my left forearm where MY OWN CAT bit the everloving hell out of me. My two cats were fighting, and I tried to intervene and picked one up to get him out of the room and CHOMP. All the way into the muscle. And I blood-dripped myself, still holding the cat, into the other room and detached him.
Next day I'd already had an appointment for a checkup anyway, so I asked the doctor for a tetanus shot and some antibiotics. Still have the scar, and still have the cats, but now I just spray them with a water bottle if they fight.
So yeah, if my own cat who loves me and who sleeps on the bed next to me could do that, random wildcat (or even feral cat) who doesn't like your face will do way, way worse.

I am a life time horseman! Raised on a working cattle ranch, my dad had me on a horse at age 5! I'm now 83 and still ride! I was taught from day one that my horse came first! The quickest way I know to get on my bad side is mess with my horse! Fortunately, I have never had to keep my horses at a stable, but if I found someone messing with any of my horses without my permission or prior knowledge there would be hell to pay!

People expect fast food to be instantaneous, like if it's not in their hands within three seconds of ordering they start screeching. Fast food is just faster than full service restaurants. Yeah if you order just a burger in an otherwise empty place and it's already been ten minutes then something has gone wrong. But when you order a large amount, even if every single item is already cooked, it'll still take time to assemble and wrap up everything. Because guaranteed if the wrapping is sloppy they'll screech about that instead.

BUYING THE PONY OP needs to have a serious talk with the trainer and/or the stable owner about how these people could get access to OP's horse. If they had the horse out and were grooming it, they would have had time to walk off with it. If the horse loads in a trailer well, it would have been easy to take the pony, load it in the trailer, and be gone in the time it took to get the horse out of the stall, get the tack, and start grooming.

That last story reminds me of a customer from a job in college. Showed up 15 minutes before we closed, which wasn't too big a deal, since we closed at 11pm abd were basically the only place in town open after 9. He ordered something like 35 pizzas. Hit the roof when the manager said, "sure, we can do that, but since we've shut down one of our lines and I only have one cook, it's going to take about 30 minutes."
"30 minutes! You're supposed to have pizza ready to carry out! That's false advertising! I need them NOW!"
"I'm sorry, sir. If the wait time isn't acceptable, I can understand if you'd rather go somewhere else "
"What? Everywhere is closed! You're the only food place open this late!"
    ...
    ...
    ...
"So we'll have that out for you in 30 minutes?"

    Story #4:
The mother probably assumed that all the horses in the stable were automatically the property of the stable, and therefore available to every member. And when she said she was going to buy him, she meant "buy him from the stable".
Her Karen-ness only really kicked in when OP told her that this is his horse, and she didn't realize that means he's the actual owner.
When she pointedly repeated: "We ARE going to buy him," she probably meant that as a taunt, as in: "then you won't be allowed to ride him anymore, because he'll be ours!"
Again, she didn't realize that OP was the owner, and she'd have to buy the horse FROM HIM.
And, of course, she can't buy the horse at all, if OP refuses to sell it.
She was not only unable to ACCEPT that she was wrong.
Apparently she was even unable to COMPREHEND that she was wrong.
Oh, and if she assumed that all the horses were the stable's property, was she planning on taking the horse home with her after buying it?
Because, obviously she thought that other people's horses could not possibly stay in the stable.

Just imagine what would have happened to that child if the animal decided to do more than hiss or growl at the arm. The Karen would be trying to sue the zoo saying there was not enough warning signs, that the animals are dangerous and the zoo shouldn't have them, and there should have been more things in place to keep the animals contained so they couldn't hurt visitors. I'm not familiar with the animals in question but if there is a fence in front of an enclosure I know to stay on the visitor side of it.

    Last story
I worked at a mcd's where we were on the last day of a popular toy promotion and had been out of those toys and boxes for over a week
A Mega Karen demanded to know why the kids meal wasn't in a box and I told her we had been out of boxes and the toys for over a week.
She demanded I call the other locations to find not only one of the toys but a specific one and flipped out when I said no
When she called our franchise office the next day she was told that she was not welcome in any of the company restaurants
