    You with the egg mishaps just brightened what was a depressing morning. I admire how you don't let a painful illness stop you from doing what you love. I love lemons but don't ever remember having it as a curd. Is it the same as the filling in a lemon meringue pie? Thank you for sharing and keep on caking 💜

      I hope you are feeling better! I have been a licensed massage therapist for 28 years, and I work with many people who have autoimmune issues. I know that the joint pain and fatigue can be unbearable, and just trying to get through each day is so physically and emotionally exhausting. I have also been a cake baker and decorator for 35+ years and I know firsthand how much demand is put on your hands, especially when piping and decorating. I hope that whatever course of treatment you are on is helping you to live your life as comfortably and as well as you can! I know how important your TH-cam channel is to you, as you have affected so many of us in such an amazing and positive way with your wonderful tutorials and ideas. But the most important thing is for you to take care of YOU. Everything else can wait a while. May God bless you on your journey!❤️🌻☮️

      Hi there! A traditional lemon curd uses egg yolks, but you can also make a just as delicious (if not more delicious) lemon curd without egg yolks using cornstarch :) I actually prefer the cornstarch version better (I also have a recipe for it on my channel) because it has less of a distinct after taste because there aren't any eggs in it, but it really just depends on your dietary requirements and what you prefer :)

    • @easycooking6923
      @easycooking6923 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@CakesbyMK thank you for your answer. I made my lemon courd with eggs and starch. I was a bit lazy 😉 to seperate the yolk from the white, but the result was nice.

    Wonderful, thank you. For arthritis try two drops of CBD oil under your tongue every day. The psychoactive part of the plant has been taken out by the way so there is no reason religiously not to take this. It's like alcohol free beer but with many health benefits.

    Easy? Isn’t this the typical method to make curd? I’ve never come across a more difficult way to make curd. How is this an “easy” way?
