The wraps caused me the same problem - I used (in desperation) a water bottle with spray. Not soaking it but a light spray on both sides. It worked and the wraps didn´t flake. I´m gonna try your other recipes. Once again - totally delicious!! Well done!!

Thanks for the video, we used your method and as with all cooks we started adapting it before settling on a version that worked for all the family. The main adaptations are adding sauteed onions to the ground beef as well as breadcrumbs making it more like the german frikadellen. We cook the bacon then blitz it to a crumb in a food processor and add that to the more sauteed onions, bacon & onion jam basically. To help form the wraps we use a medium-small cake tin, which then invert into the pan till the base is fixed in place. Once again thank you for the video, take care, God bless one and all.
Oh my oh my...whadda great idea...I've got all the ingredients except for bacon...pepperjack cheese...some pickled diced jalapenos in the sauce (don't have any pickles either)...However...I will make my burger itself a tad differently...I like to heat my skillet up then add some salt to pan...placing burger on top of salt. It leaves a nice crusty outside sealing juices inside. Been cooking that way for many many years.

Not true! I eat and purposely get my meat with more fat. Stop listening to the SAD (Standard American Diet). I do keto (for years) with low carb and high fat) and my labs are EXCELLENT! Now, I would use a low carb tortilla here, but other than that, this is a great recipe. Your body and brain NEED fat! Go to Dr. Berg ‘s channel for the Low carb high fat way of eating. Happy eating! 🥰

Just touch them with some heat to make them pliable then after it's built or “composed”, put it back on the heat to finish to GBD...Golden Brown and Delicious.

Then i played :} First making 2, 3oz smash burgers rather than i single larger one, making bacon and onion jam, added top and bottom, added alot more caramalized finely minced onion [ i really like onions] to the sauce blitzed the pickles to small bit not puree'd and added a tablespoon of pickle juice to balance the sweetness of the onions. Used several tablespoons thai sweet chilli sauce rather than 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce. I will still make your original version as it is very good, is quick and easy. so glad i found this channel! i love cooking, but i get super overwhelmed trying to decide what to make especially because my partner is such a picky eater. but your recipes are so easy and have such common ingredients. fabulous work !
Love this idea, however thinking with same ingredients you could make a similar meal in a different way for 4 people. Do the onions, season then cook the mince, drain the fat. Now add the caramalised onions to it and stir in the sauce and pickles. Crisp one side of 4 tortillas (or more maybe), remove and on the slightly browned sides, spread the mince mixture, (maybe even add some sliced tomatoes, mushroom, baby spinach or avocado), sprinkle some cheese, fold tortillas in half and crisp both sides of two at a time in the pan. Repeat this for the next two and you could feed a family.

I tried this and it came out pretty good.. I used 4 Cheese Mexican mix and should have used cheddar for sure. Also, I didn't get my bacon crunchy enough.. I'll try this again sometime soon because I was rushed and sloppy with this try. I also might try it with a pan seared smashburger. Thanks for sharing.
I’ve tried something very similar. Only difference was, the wraps were larger so we could add lettuce and tomato. It was delicious. The only thing would probably do next time is make the patties a bit bigger. At the time we thought too much meat, but after it was completed, could’ve done with maybe a little bit more. Maybe it was also that we used bigger wraps. I’m glad we did it with use the smaller ones it would’ve fallen apart

Add sprinkles of water when frying the tortillas make them beautifully soft
Made this but with a red onion and only had spicy mustard to add to the mix. Still turned out really good just the wraps were crazy.
