I use the liquid ranch, A1 sauce, chopped onion, chopped pickles, shredded cheese mix in raw meat, make patties, put on the grill. The most tender mouth watering burger.
If you take the ranch and mix it into the meat before making your patties, it is a much tastier burger! It makes your patty more crumbly, but the taste is way better! Give it a try. We do 1 packet per pound of meat. So good!

I worked at Pick N Save in Milwaukee Wisconsin almost 20 years ago and we sold the “Anaheim Burger” in the meat department. All it had in it was 80/20, chopped Anaheim peppers, and ranch powder. They were amazing. Ranch powder is amazing.
One of my favorite burgers has smoked cheddar, a fire roasted poblano pepper, bacon, grilled onions and some Dukes with a little spicy brown mustard mixed in. Another solid choice is a burger topped with a slab of cream cheese and some crispy bacon. Grilled buns, of course.
My favorite are blue cheese burgers. Mix in blue cheese in the hamburger patties salt pepper and garlic and grill. Condement mix mayo and blue cheese whip together then spread on the toasted bun. Some grilled onions are also a great add on.
A tip for toasting those buns: Don't smear them with pre-melted butter. It quickly soaks into the bread and that's why the uneven toasting. Just slap you a cold spat of butter (per half bun) on the hotter part, circle it around as it quickly heats and bubbles and melts, slap the bun on it and move it around in a circle for a few seconds, then move them off to the "warm" side.

@@Frie_Jemi My go to is the Tavern Burger from the NY Times website. Thick, juicy, pink in the middle and char seared crispy on the outside - all of the outside even the edges. Here is the write up on them - "Here is a hamburger you might find in taverns and bars, plump and juicy, with a thick char that gives way to tender, medium-rare meat. It is best cooked in a heavy, cast-iron skillet slicked with oil or fat. Ask a butcher for coarse-ground chuck steak, with at least a 20 percent fat content, or grind your own. Keep it in the refrigerator until you are ready to cook, and then when you do, form your patties gently. Season after the meat is in the pan." - Ingredients: INGREDIENTS Yield: 4 servings 1⁄2 teaspoon neutral oil, like canola, or a pat of unsalted butter 2 pounds ground chuck, at least 20 percent fat Kosher salt and black pepper to taste 4 slices cheese (optional) 4 soft hamburger buns Lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes and condiments, as desired Steps: Step 1 Add oil or butter to a large cast-iron or stainless-steel skillet and place over medium heat. Gently divide ground beef into 4 small piles of around 8 ounces each, and then lightly form these into thick patties of around 3/2 inches in diameter, like flattened meatballs. Season aggressively with salt and pepper. Step 2 Increase heat under skillet to high. Put hamburgers into the skillet with plenty of distance between them and allow them to cook, without moving, for approximately 3 minutes. Use a spatula to turn hamburgers over. If using cheese, lay slices on meat. Step 3 Continue to cook until meat is cooked through, approximately another 3 to 4 minutes for medium-rare. Remove hamburgers from skillet and allow to rest for approximately 5 minutes; meanwhile, toast the buns. Place hamburgers on buns and top as desired. Since the burgers are mostly roundish it's easy to turn them to char sear the whole outside. That's Everything from the website that is behind a pay wall. Mouth watering looking at it lol yum!😅 I will try this on my Veggie burger
Thank you and a Friend of ours uses a version on this on her Bean Burger and she likes it.
Dukes olive oil mayonnaise is awesome

This man said a SPOON FULL of cheese? That a full SPOODLE OF CHEESE
lol.
Love your hat, GO TIGERS!
Go TIGERS 👍
These look really good, will need to try! Curious what brand of buns you used...they look like they won't disintegrate right away.
Thanks for the compliment! I'm pretty sure the buns I used were either Sara Lee's Artesano, Nature's Own Crafted, or St. Pierre Brioche with sesame and poppy seeds. Each of these options hold up well without the burger falling apart. If you give the recipe a try, let me know which buns you go with and how it turns out!
Hey,
Glad I came across your channel. I am going to make these Friday. I have that grater too.
Awesome and they are delicious. That grater is amazing. Love it
@@EliteBBQSmokersWhat is the brand of grater? Where did you get it?
@@marym434 here is the link to our Amazon shop that has the grater.

@@EliteBBQSmokers Thank you so much! It's arriving on Friday 🙂

Thank you and that sounds awesome. If you took any pictures. Post of FB or IG and tag us @elitebbqsmokers I would love to see the pictures.again thank you 😊
I'll be trying this directly...
Cool and let me know how it turns out
OMG 😲 will cook this weekend 💋
Hope you enjoy and let me know how it turns out.
Looks wonderful. I do my full-size patties like that a little bit hotter so that I get the Smashburger crunch on each side let you know.
Love it and thank you
Im.thinking of getting one of these grills. Do they scratch easily? How hot approximately do you think they get? Ty
They are great units and after you season it, it will scatch off, but the cast iron surface wont scratch. They will get around 650° but that is depending on the wind. I also have the Recteq Smokestone and it's griddle is Steek and Cast Iron. Both are great units
The amount of heartburn this thing produces is not fair.
100% agree. But it is delicious
Damn Jason! I need 6 to go please !
lol. Anytime
Looks like some good eating.
Thank you and it was very good
I’ve been doing this mix into the meat first for 30 years. We also use Lipton Onion soup mix for an onion burger:) give it a try!
Cool and we also shared another burger recipe using the onion soup mix. It is my wife’s favorite
@@EliteBBQSmokers nice!
Those look so good 😋 are those buns with bagel seasoning on top?
No they were sesame seed buns from the grocery store
I can't anyone seriously who doesn't choose Duke's as their store-bought mayo.
👍🏻
LOL Thank you
I need one with a fried egg on it😋
I like the way you think. I have tried that a couple times but still playing around with the recipe before recording it.
Sounds good.
🤢🤮
Reinventing the wheel 😂😂😂😂
LOL😂
Two home maid patties mixed with
1 pack onion soup mix (dry mix)
Blue cheese
Add other seasons if you like
Place blue cheese between patties
Toss on grill😊❤
That sounds delicious! I’ll have to give it a try - stuffing blue cheese between the patties sounds like a flavor bomb! Thanks for sharing your recipe! 😊🔥❤
