Red cabbage 1/2 cup

Carrot julianne 1/2 cup
boiled Corn 1/2 cup
Onion chopped 1/2 cup
Pickled red jalapenos (Optional)

salt 1/2 tsp
black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Tortilla
mozzarella & cheddar cheese grated

What can we use
For more crunch and health sub the lettuce for Green cabbage. Or add is spinach and/or romaine lettuce too. I do this all the time with my family, when using what I call a "chop." I try to make our traditional Mex recipes healthier. The variations are fun to make and add in as well.

@@RGY33 I think it depends on how much you desire to put in one burrito, but the amount cooked seemed to be enough for two or three of the same burrito in the video

I used taco mix and greek yoghurt instead. Turned out really nice. Might use some salsa or tomatoes next time as well.
