    Hey Cassey! Can you do an excuses series for people who make excuses to not workout? One of the excuses can be “I’m on my period” and you can do a workout for your period. Another one can be “I don’t have a mat” and you can make a standing workout. There’s so many excuses people make so I’d love to see you come up with different videos for them!

    I'm from Jamaica. I work out simply because I love to. I'm 70 years old and my toned arms, butt and flexibility, not to mention sense of accomplishment each time I finish a tough workout are just additional rewards.

    I'm from the Netherlands, and I struggle with depression. I've started working out and I've noticed a difference in my mental state :) I still find it hard to be motivated to work out, that's why I'm trying to make a habit out of it.

    The reason why I love to live an active lifestyle is because it makes me a happier person, the feeling that I have after finishing a workout is something that not even money can buy, I love the fact that I'm doing something for my body, my mind and my health.     I love living an active lifestyle because it helps me push myself, and challenge myself. When my body gets strong my confidence increases!! Even during the most difficult workouts when the timer goes DING and it’s over I feel so good knowing I did my best and accomplished something great for my confidence and my health!!     I first decided to start working out and be more active, because for years I had never been satisfied with and really hard on myself. It was the biggest struggle even though I was far from overweight, just not toned after quitting gymnastics training 10hrs/week. Teenage years can be the hardest and I totally fell for all the lies believing my body will never be able to look how I wished and that stress eating was just another thing that I could not stop, because that is just who I was. Then I read a quote that said *"I work out because I love my body, not because I hate it."* and I got super convicted that I was the only reason for not living happy. Since then it has been a journey that tremendously changed my life and your workout videos have been there from the very beginning (I'm talking 2012/2013), teaching me positivity and to love my body. It still takes all of me to not eat all the time (who doesnt love food!!) and workout consistently, but once I finished Piit28 I knew there was nothing that could stop me from my goals except myself. _I conquered my own excuses once and that is exactly what keeps me going and pushing my limits all the time now._ I love being active today, going on many walks, to the gym or doing your videos! *So thank you for your hard work over so many years!* // I live in Washington State (the beautiful PNW!).

    Some quick motivation for people who wanna get fit but are feeling lazy or maybe you've tried this workout once but it was too hard: listen up! As a person with very little core strength and low fitness, I tried this and couldn't get through most of the exercises without stopping or just doing half of it. But I went ahead and did this every alternate day for 10 days and got soo much better at it. Now, in 2 weeks, I'm almost perfectly able to follow the video with so much more ease! So yes, give it a go! Good luck everyone! :)

    I love doing blogilates because it gives me confidence. I struggle with assertiveness and standing up for myself, but when I do a kickass workout and know my body is strong and flexible and capable, I feel like I can be strong in other areas of life too.

    I love having an active lifestyle (all thanks to you right now) because I've had PTSD since October from a drive-by shooting, and working out has been the #1 aid to living a fairly normal life and keeping me mentally stable. Love all that you do. xo

    I love living an active lifestyle because it not only makes me feel happy, but it’s also something that can help me help others be happy. I’ve had a lot of issues with my hip and tailbone and exercising helps to fix it. Because it helps me out so much I always try to find ways to help others enjoy exercising as much as I do.     I love to live an active lifestyle because I lovvveee to have goals. I play field hockey and my ultimate goal is to become a D1 student-athlete or play for England. I'm slowly but surely becoming more active so I can practice more, eat better and feel better without having to force myself to the point where my goal isn't fun anymore.     Some times i feel sad,angry,worried and anxious about my life. So I try to workout whenever I feel bad about it to remove those negativity throughout my body. Also it feels great after a good workout! (I'm from Korea!!)

    I workout because it is like therapy. It makes me happy, when I complete a routine that felt difficult, I feel really happy that I can do anything it's just my mind that's stopping me. Also it is not limited, sometimes I dance full out and it doesn't even feel like a workout but I'll be sweating at the end of it.

    I'm from Rowland Heights, California and I started doing Pop Pilates like four months ago. My cousin was the one who actually introduced me to this TH-cam channel. I was looking for someone who is always cheerful and always motivate the viewers to workout throughout the videos. After watching your videos, I gain confidence in myself and always remind myself that as long as I'm exercising everyday and eat healthy food, I'm healthy. Honestly, I have to drag myself to workout everyday but after every workout, I feel very light and my mood brightens up as well. Thanks Cassey, for making all these workout videos!

    I am 54, have never tried yoga or pilates. You not only inspired me , I am yet on another self empowered journey. Being in a past domestic abusive narcissist toxic relationship you get depressed and although your moving forward, which I was homeless ,had enough, but this is my journey.     I think when you work out by watching videos, it's really all about pushing yourself in such an autonomous attitude I'm impressed I can pull off, because you decide to press play, say along Cassey her typical "Hey guys! Cassey here, so today we're gonna...", roll out your mat and be willing to work out knowing no one's there making sure you do it or that you don't give up, that person is yourself. So when I choose to see your videos and actually do them instead of looking at them, ice cream in hand, being too lazy to get up and do it, though I admit there have been sometimes I've done it, I feel really proud of myself. Which is why wanting to feel that pride again is what keeps me here, it's that moment when the desire of having a healthy body and mind inspires me to do my best to one day be the best version of myself, that I love having an active lifestyle.

    I'm from Hawaii. I love to live an active lifestyle because I feel good inside and out. When I'm stressed and need a break, being active helps reduce my stress. During intermediate and high school, I was in the best shape of my life. I was in various activities such as hula, and karate, but had to stop due to injuries and health conflicts. I hated feeling out of shape, and not looking toned, but thankfully I found your videos. Your videos are great! I've tried TH-cam videos before, and always get bored or didn't have enough time. Thankfully your videos fit right into my schedule.

    I love the gym and fitness and everything because - it makes me strong so I can wrestle with my ginormous fluffy dog and armwrestle my dad (and win!!), and because it makes me feel AMAZING, and because i love to challenge myself! After I started doing Blogilates, I got soooooo much stronger and happier, and now I'm not underweight! I don't feel sad anymore, my self confidence has gone WAAAAY up, and I've made more friends because of it! Excercising in the mornings also really helps me concentrate in school! It's amazing how making one simple life change can affect all areas of your life! Cheers from Canada!

    I'm from Puerto Rico. I love working out because i feel very confident!! It also makes me feel accomplished whenever i see that i can do something that a few months before i couldn't, like holding a plank for a long time or be able to do the difficult versions of some excercises.

    I'm from Canada, and I'd love to pretend I live an active lifestyle! In all truth, this year is the most active I've been. I now take the stairs all the time (6-8 flights a day; depending where my classes are), I've booked four weekends to go hiking, and I now go for daily 30 minute walks, combined with 30 minutes of yoga every other day, and one of your work out videos every other day. It's helping me sleep better, and feel more balanced, which I love!

    1. Why do you like to live an active lifestyle?An active lifestyle for me means 2 things. First, as a someone with an it support job and a part time student I basically sit in a chair the majority of the day but by being active and working out throughout the day and setting goals for myself I prevent myself from getting lazy and even energize myself. Second, I really enjoy doing outdoor activities with my friends and family like kayaking and hiking and living a active lifestyle lets me not only keep up but also compete with them.2.     I'm from Minnesota! I love working out with you! I used to hate working out and always so jealous of my friends for having motivation to work out. I used to come up with every excuse possible to not go to the gym. But I loved the active lifestyle! In cold Minnesota that's hard to do in the winter so I came across your workouts and instantly found my motivation again. staying active simply makes me happy as she says. It gives me motivation for the rest of the day! I'm a nurse and work night shift and will do these workouts to keep myself awake and have also gotten my coworkers to join in! Love it!

    I honestly do not feel fully myself if I am not taking the time to look after myself. My mind and body are big parts of me, why would I not look after them?

    I love this!!! I’m up in the Portland Oregon area, and one of the reasons I love the active lifestyle is because it keeps me grounded. As an actor, I do a lot of traveling around and things can seem inconsistent, but being active keeps me in my body and ready for whatever life throws at me. It keeps me organized and always gives me something to look forward to!

    Im from Germany and exercise just gets rid of all those 'boo-boo thoughts' and I feel so cleansed after a good tough workout. I love taking a hot bath or sawna Afterwards too to just sweat off and wash away those negative Feelings or energies that I carry around during the day 😘

    I'm originally from France but moved to New York, where I currently live! I love seeing myself grow stronger, knowing I'm conquering challenges I thought I never even imagined before (running a marathon in November!) I love how good I feel, never tired and about to walk 10 miles without being tired, that I am giving to my body what it needs to live as long and as well as possible

    I am from Atlanta, GA. I love living because it makes me feel amazing! I am much more active with my three children, I am in love with myself and feel I can accomplish anything. Being active has allowed me to reclaim my youth, better my health, and be a great example to my children and after loosing 70 lbs an inspiration to those around me☺️

      You need to look through your thighs, not up :) yes, it does hurt after a while but it hurts a lot quicker when you look up. She talks about this in her other videos

      Place one hand behind your head like a hammock or cradle when you do the chest lifts. A good checkin to make sure you have released your neck is feeling the weight of your skull in your arm muscle. Those upper abs are holding most of the load though. Try it!

    I'm from Spain. Being honest I've never liked to work out until I discovered your videos 4 years ago. One friend convinced me to try one of your beginners workout videos and I loved it! Since then I've been getting stronger and gaining confidence in myself and that's because of you. So thank you very much Cassey!!
    Now I just need to live an active lifestyle just to feel better, I don't care about weight or looks I just want to be strong and as healthy as I can be.

    Hi, I'm from Hungary. :) A few years ago, working out helped me to become a better version of myself on the outside, but now I work out because it heals me in the inside. If we want to be thinner, we work out, but after a few workouts I realized that even if I haven't changed yet, I feel better in my body, and I'm satisfied with myself. The act of working out makes me a 'prettier' person, not my reflection in the mirror, because it changes me in the inside. That's why I love it! :)

    Hey Cassey! I’m from Indiana, and I like to work out because I enjoy making myself stronger and stronger! My favorite part of working out is when the weights that used to feel so heavy now feel light and when it is time to move up in weight! I always feel so accomplished when that happens! Also, I enjoy eating healthy because it is what makes my body feel good. When I don’t eat healthy foods, I can definitely tell because my body does not feel good. I’ve been doing your WO videos for almost a year and with your words of encouragement my life has changed in an amazing way. I used to stay on my phone, lying on my bed all day long but now I am riding my bike, hangging out with friend, going for reallyy long walks more often. Since adding those 45 mins of exercising to my daily routine I feel stronger, happier, energized and UNSTOPPABLE. Literally, I feel like I can achieve whatever I want.     Since I suffer from chronic pain due to several issues with past injuries it is hard to do a lot. I'm doing my best so I can still be active and enjoy life.
