      It’s hard to say since it depends on your current weight and how much effort you put into your workout...but ballpark figure who be around 60 calories in 8 minutes. 👍🏼

    my quads are sore and even though i use my core its hard for me to do grand battement:-( i did foam rolling it any tips?

      Barbie Lee Be sure you’re thinking of lifting your legs from your inner thighs instead of gripping your quads.     Is low impact less effective than high impact? It’s not really HIIT? can you explain please? :)

      In my opinion, HIIT workouts don’t necessarily have to be fast or high impact in order to be “high intensity.” As a former professional dancer, some of the highest intensity combinations of movement I’ve ever done are in fact very slow and controlled and low (or no) impact...but of course require an insane amount of muscle engagement, strength, and balance...THAT makes it super intense! 🙌🏼😘💗
