  • Six basic ballet jump combos done for 50 seconds each with a 10 second rest in between each! Great if you’re limited on time! Get your heart rate up, burn calories, and tone and tighten your core and legs!

    I love love your videos. You should make more ballet videos, maybe basic and advanced steps or things like that. I started ballet classes a few months ago and I love it, and your videos are excellent to keep me in shape the days I don't have classes. Keep doing this beautiful work!

    I just LOVE these! I think if I had an "ideal" workout, it would be a 5 minute cardio-yoga warm up, express 20 minute barre (follow along, basic en croix) followed by one of your HIIT centers. I feel like I get the dancing, ballet, stretch/strengthen, cardio, and plyo in ~30-40 min! I adore full ballet class but let's face it...ain't nobody got time for that. It 's a once a week luxury.

    I love this video! Can you do more HIIT/cardio ballet workouts to burn fat? Also how do you stay in shape? What kind of workout routine do you follow?

      And to answer your question, my career is what keeps me shape! I’m always creating new workout vids for TH-cam & Instagram, I’m constantly moving when I teach (which is everyday), I love walking, sometimes I even go for a nice run. I also eat very clean...lots of veggies, no gluten, no dairy, no fast food...I’ll have to do a “what I eat in a day” vid soon! Xoxo

    That's my third time doing it, I'm trying to improve my entrechats and also my resistance for cardio exercises. It's slightly better than the first time. I'll keep doing it everyday and updating my progress here.
    1st - Couldn't finish any of the exercises, my jumps are not high at all and I felt pain in my leg muscles on the two days after.
    2nd - Still can't finish any of them. Didn't felt painful after this time.
    3rd - Can already finish the first exercise, but not the rest of them. I feel like my jumps are getting slightly higher.
    4th - Had to skip a day for work reasons.
    5th - I don't know if it's because today is colder, but I could already finish the 3 first exercises. I feel like this time I could make my muscles way more tired (and not just the cardio). I also started feeling heart pain towards the end, hope I don't die.
