Im soo happy! 2 months ago I decided that I had to be in shape. A month ago I did one of Annas' 15 min videos in 30 minutes. I could't help but taking rests. Now I did this video in 18 minutes. This is a miracle to me! I didn't get bored. And even made the exact movements. I improved myself a lot and I lost 9 kgs with healty diet, yoga and some fitness videos. I completed my first goal, losing weight. Now I want to get stronger. I want to do even calisthenics!! I know thats hard. But the hardest is to gain trust in yourself and not giving up. If I achieved confidence I feel like I can do anything.
Something I attempted recently was taking ten thousand steps a day. Sounds crazy, right? Well I totally agree, but it feels so empowering, and can feel like an incredible challenge. Walking for an hour non stop would get you there.
@@lesliefuentes8571 it took 1.5-2 months but i ate less and less food it was unhealty if i had continue i would be anorexic probably i thougt my diet was healty but it was not less doesnt mean healthy :(
A little tip from an overweight person... You can simplify some exercises and Take breaks when you need. But you have to finish The workout. It dosen t matter how many Times you have pressed The pause button. You have to keep going. I have lost 13 kg since june. (with diet and workouts). If i can do this you defenetly can! Keep going!
i have already lost 30kg and i keep pausing the videos 😂it does not mean you are not doing it great and you will see results! just don't rush yourself too much, push yourself but always with love and compassion, and be constant over time, you can't fail! you got this 💓
Here's a fact: For at least the last six months whenever I work out I do this exact workout. Every time I'm completely exhausted afterwards. But: Once I recover from this exhaustion I feel amazing! It never disappoints. I feel refreshed, problems that were spinning in my head before I don't see as problems afterwards, I feel alive. I used to do Crossfit many years ago and I had this experience back then whenever I did CrossFit. This workout is the at-home, 15 minutes version of this experience. And I love it!
I was having such a bad day and this literally put me in such a good mood!!! With no breaks its hard to realize how tired you are until the very end :P!! :)
First day doing this HIIT on my journey to become fit and healthy: I took so many breaks and had to simplify a lot of these exercises, and I could taste blood well before the burpees 🫠 I'll come back in 2 months to update this comment and see how I've improved 🫡🤞🏻
It's been 2 months, and I can definitely feel the difference it's made to me personally - my stamina is better, I physically feel stronger, my mental health has improved (who would've thunk) and no I don't taste anymore blood 😅 However, I did injure my knee quite badly (outside the workout) which means that burpees and anything squat related is quite difficult and I do them at half the speed and reps, but I'm getting there! Anyone who's starting their journey, please definitely listen to your body and do these at your own pace, but don't give up! Every week will get a little easier, and hopefully that will motivate you to keep going - I will continue myself, and keep rooting for you all!💖
Christmas Eve today and today is a BAD day for me, very tired, low sleep, low quality food because it’s always holiday food from family. But I simplified the movements and took small breaks when I needed, and I FINISHED the workout! Maybe I didn’t do a whole 15 minutes straight maybe I didn’t do everything as much as I could but I moved the whole time and I know it’s a huge improvement over doing nothing all day! Thank you so much Anna I come back to this workout often :)

My youngest son kept up me a lot last night, I wanted to stay in bed and definitely didn't want to be jumping around, but I am so glad I did! What a good way to start my day.
I started my weight loss journey a week ago.But the workout i did before was not that fun for me so decided to change. I found this and loved. I'll be doing this one for 2 weeks and update regularly. Age:- 15 Height:- 5'1 ( Ik m short lol) Weight:-65kg Day 1:- ✅ Oh my gawd. This work out is bomb it was fun. But I was able to complete it cuz of swelling in my knee but once I get recovered I'll do complete workout. Day 2:-✅ This workout is intense. I stopped at 10 mins cuz on my knee injury andd also I was breathless and my heart literally said stop or I will. But I felt the burn and I can see if I continue this workout fro two weeks without any break I'll definitely see some results. Day 3:-✅ Omg gawd I am so out breath. Took me 20 min to complete this workout. I felt the burn andd I am drenched in sweat. Day 4:-✅ I was soo tired bt I did it and felt the burn.

This was one of the most intense workout i've ever done and i felt really accomplished and proud of my self that i finished it all without taking any breaks :) can't wait to do more of your workouts tomorrow!!!

This is such a late comment, but I’m so thankful for your videos. I’ve always been on the bigger side growing up even though I was very athletic. I started taking myself more seriously and throughout my journey I used your videos only. I’ve lost thirty pounds in the last 5 months using THIS exact video, as well as eating extremely healthy. If anyone sees this, consistency and discipline is key!!
What a sweaty sesh was this, please! I was gasping for air, but I couldn't stop ... I wanted to finish it! And I did! That's what happens, when you do Anna's workouts ...you want to finish them, you want to grow and get stronger and faster. And Anna has a lot of mercy when she includes exercises like shoulder taps or dynamic heel taps to get a breather. Anna, that was hard, but so good! Whoohoo!

Since its Christmas today, I wanted to do workout which is quite short and wow i didnt expect this to be that challenging. I had to do more simple variations of some excersices but I am so proud of myself because i managed to do this whole workout. You all should definetely try this workout!! Tried this, and got maybe 2 ish minutes in before I felt like I was going to vomit and die. Baby steps but I'm determined to lose some weigh and create a healthier me.
This is amazing as a post-run workout or on the days when you want to keep things sweet & short but still smash it! 👏👏👏

Great workout but not HIIT if there’s no interval breaks! All fitness, not fat loss (not a complaint :)
Since its Christmas today, I wanted to do workout which is quite short and wow i didnt expect this to be that challenging. I had to do more simple variations of some excersices but I am so proud of myself because i managed to do this whole workout. You all should definetely try this workout!! And big thanks to Anna for doing this amazing workouts, Good luck 💪💪❤️❤️
