    Im soo happy! 2 months ago I decided that I had to be in shape. A month ago I did one of Annas' 15 min videos in 30 minutes. I could't help but taking rests. Now I did this video in 18 minutes. This is a miracle to me! I didn't get bored. And even made the exact movements. I improved myself a lot and I lost 9 kgs with healty diet, yoga and some fitness videos. I completed my first goal, losing weight. Now I want to get stronger. I want to do even calisthenics!! I know thats hard. But the hardest is to gain trust in yourself and not giving up. If I achieved confidence I feel like I can do anything.

      Something I attempted recently was taking ten thousand steps a day. Sounds crazy, right? Well I totally agree, but it feels so empowering, and can feel like an incredible challenge. Walking for an hour non stop would get you there.

      @@lesliefuentes8571 it took 1.5-2 months but i ate less and less food it was unhealty if i had continue i would be anorexic probably i thougt my diet was healty but it was not less doesnt mean healthy :(

    A little tip from an overweight person... You can simplify some exercises and Take breaks when you need. But you have to finish The workout. It dosen t matter how many Times you have pressed The pause button. You have to keep going.
    I have lost 13 kg since june. (with diet and workouts). If i can do this you defenetly can! Keep going!

      I am seconding this tip: not overweight, but I don’t usually do cardio. The most important thing is that you did it!

    First day doing this HIIT on my journey to become fit and healthy: I took so many breaks and had to simplify a lot of these exercises, and I could taste blood well before the burpees 🫠
    I'll come back in 2 months to update this comment and see how I've improved 🫡🤞🏻

      It's been 2 months, and I can definitely feel the difference it's made to me personally - my stamina is better, I physically feel stronger, my mental health has improved (who would've thunk) and no I don't taste anymore blood 😅
      However, I did injure my knee quite badly (outside the workout) which means that burpees and anything squat related is quite difficult and I do them at half the speed and reps, but I'm getting there!
      Anyone who's starting their journey, please definitely listen to your body and do these at your own pace, but don't give up! Every week will get a little easier, and hopefully that will motivate you to keep going - I will continue myself, and keep rooting for you all!💖

    Here's a fact: For at least the last six months whenever I work out I do this exact workout. Every time I'm completely exhausted afterwards. But: Once I recover from this exhaustion I feel amazing! It never disappoints. I feel refreshed, problems that were spinning in my head before I don't see as problems afterwards, I feel alive. I used to do Crossfit many years ago and I had this experience back then whenever I did CrossFit. This workout is the at-home, 15 minutes version of this experience. And I love it!

    I started my weight loss journey a week ago.But the workout i did before was not that fun for me so decided to change. I found this and loved. I'll be doing this one for 2 weeks and update regularly.
    Age:- 15
    Height:- 5'1 ( Ik m short lol)
    Weight:-65kg
    Day 1:- ✅ Oh my gawd. This work out is bomb it was fun. But I was able to complete it cuz of swelling in my knee but once I get recovered I'll do complete workout.
    Day 2:-✅ This workout is intense. I stopped at 10 mins cuz on my knee injury andd also I was breathless and my heart literally said stop or I will. But I felt the burn and I can see if I continue this workout fro two weeks without any break I'll definitely see some results.
    Day 3:-✅ Omg gawd I am so out breath. Took me 20 min to complete this workout. I felt the burn andd I am drenched in sweat.
    Day 4:-✅ I was soo tired bt I did it and felt the burn.

    I’ve been incorporating a lot more 10-15 min cardio at the end of my workouts lately.
    I have an injury that only let me train upper body for 4-5 weeks, I’m not 100%, I know my limits, but workouts like these help keep me motivated to just PUSH myself that little bit harder.

    Tuesdays workout on a Monday 🤪. I can hear my heart beating in my head after that. heart rate at finish is 177bpm, time to cool down. That’s a great little blast for time poor days you when you have motivation but no time. Thank you Anna 🌼

    Note: it's not beginner friendly so if you're a beginner (like me) and decided to do it don't give up, have as much breaks as you need and even if you couldn't finish it but be proud of yourself for trying and don't read alot of comments and compare yourself to them cz everyone is different and lastly good luck yall

    Since its Christmas today, I wanted to do workout which is quite short and wow i didnt expect this to be that challenging. I had to do more simple variations of some excersices but I am so proud of myself because i managed to do this whole workout. You all should definetely try this workout!!     I recently just started trying to watch the way I eat, & becoming more active! Just started working out yesterday but today I came across this video and I’m not disappointed!     This is such a late comment, but I’m so thankful for your videos. I’ve always been on the bigger side growing up even though I was very athletic. I started taking myself more seriously and throughout my journey I used your videos only. I’ve lost thirty pounds in the last 5 months using THIS exact video, as well as eating extremely healthy. If anyone sees this, consistency and discipline is key!!

    Great workout but not HIIT if there’s no interval breaks! All fitness, not fat loss (not a complaint :)

    I'm not used to cardio but I absolutely loved this workout. Intense, fun, challenging without rest and perfect after a strength workout to oxygenate the muscles. Thank you so much Anna for this and all your amazing workouts 😊❤

    What a sweaty sesh was this, please! I was gasping for air, but I couldn't stop ... I wanted to finish it! And I did! That's what happens, when you do Anna's workouts ...you want to finish them, you want to grow and get stronger and faster. And Anna has a lot of mercy when she includes exercises like shoulder taps or dynamic heel taps to get a breather. Anna, that was hard, but so good! Whoohoo!

    I slipped one of the burpees as I started to feel dizzy, though I’m just not drinking enough water. Even still, I pushed myself, I know I could’ve gone harder, so I’m excited to challenge myself further. This really helps and even after two days of these workouts, I already feel stronger ❤
