    I remember when I did this for the first time, OMG HOW HARD IT WAS! I could barely finish it, but now, doing this again and seeing that it was so easy this time made me so happy! wow, I can't even believe that now I can call this an easy workout, my progress is insane

      @@byehun5073 This was the first workout of Pamela that I ever did and it was about nine months ago (I used to work out a little before with others workouts videos but it wasn't as intense as pamela videos). To be true I didn't came back to this video so much! maybe 4-5 times, instead I did a variation of different workouts trying to build my strengh, I looked up for new influencers too (although Pamela is one of my favorites)

      @@byehun5073 Don't worry if it feels difficult now, this workout (and most of her workouts) are pretty hard because it has no rest, I used to have to pause multiple times because of that and it was very frustrating. But as time goes by your physical strength improves and it gets much easier

    This is absolutely the hardest Pamela's workout that I've done. I had many breaks but at the end I was able to finish it because I wanted it and I'm so proud of my self. So, if you are reading this,girl, hold on. You can do it

      I really hate it when I'm starting the plank but then I remember that its almost over after this and its very motivating.
      Funfact: Time moves way faster when you don't think about how many seconds you have left but instead think about the last time you met your friend or a really interesting theory in TV show haha.

    This is a completely true story, when I first started to do these workouts, I can’t do even 10 min without stopping. Now I’ve been doing it for a month and I usually do this, then her 15 min workout and then her 10 min Abbworkout in one go. I’m feeling sooooo much more fit and I could do all of it without stopping so guys don’t give ulp, you can do it!

    I guess it was about a month ago when I did this workout for the first time. I was really struggling, could hardly catch my breath and had to take breaks.
    Today, after following different workout plans, I can do it in one go without big problems. I haven't lost weight, but I don't need to because my body's becoming so well-defined! I can even see that I'm getting a bit of a sixpack already!
    If you're struggling, don't give up, you'll get better, you'll see results, and, most important, you'll feel so much better!
    I'm sure you're doing great!

      I do a plank 1:30 seconds a day and I did this as a pattern each day and I have a bicep that’s growing 😂 I’m the type of person born native European and Mexican so that already says muscle I just wasn’t using the muscle and now that I am it’s like it wants to jump out of my arm 😂

    So happy to see result after 3 days into this work out. I do this + 15 min abs each day; no restriction in meal.

    This is the first ‘Pamela Reif’ exercise that I’ve been able to go through with no additional breaks and I’ve never been more ecstatic!!! I actually have a six pack now and it’s my third week of doing your exercises, I’m so so so happy with the results. My body has never been more toned!!! Thank you!!

    During the first quarantine I genuinely thought this was the hardest workout, I hated it. Now, after several months of consistent workout, I did this without any problem, thinking this was pretty easy considering the new videos Pam is uploading now. I felt amazing and so strong!!!💪🏼

    *_starting weight:_* 161 lbs
    *_day 1:_* (161 pounds) i had to keep pausing the video to take a break lol, but i got through it.
    sorry i didn't update right away, but i wrote it down.
    *_day 2:_* (161 pounds) a little harder but done
    *_day 3:_* (160 pounds) got it over with, sweated a lot today
    *_day 4:_* (159 pounds) i see a little difference
    *_day 5:_* (158 pounds) was really hard today but pushed through
    *_day 6:_* (158 pounds) am seeing my love handles decrease
    *_day 7:_* (157 pounds) finished an entire week and lost 4 pounds!!
    *_day 8:_* (157 pounds) was easy today
    *_day 9:_* (157 pounds) was easier but i sweated a lot today
    *_day 10:_* (156 pounds) didn't want to do it, but still did it.
    *_day 11:_* (155 pounds) *my family is seeing a difference in my stomach and waist!!!!!!!*
    *_day 12:_* (155 pounds) am tired today but got it done. am eating even better.
    *_day 13:_* (154 pounds) its getting so easy to do. i couldn't get through the exercises before, but now its a breeze.
    *_day 14:_* (153 pounds) i'm finally done! i definitely see a difference. i lost 2 inches off my waist and lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks.

    I want to say this to the people that feel demotivated because they had to take a lot of breaks in between . The fact that you continued even though you found it hard is what matters most and not the number of breaks you took , you pushed through and completed the workout that itself is quite impressive . You are a lot stronger than you think and I hope you keep that in mind and continue to do this , believe in yourself

    Everybody make sure to switch your routine from time to time because sticking to one makes your body used to it so there won't be any significant development after a while. Trying a new routine really gives you that burn.

    I'm so proud of myself. I did it without skipping one exercise. I would have been unable to do that one year ago. I began to be bored with my usual workouts so I tried yours. I love your channel because you are going straight to the point and the exercises are pretty useful. You really feel your muscles burn lol

    I have honestly been doing this workout for about 2 weeks now and it has only and only been making me feel more better and productive by each passing hour!It simultaneously has made me look more fitter and slimmer!I seriously finished it without skipping 'atleast a second' even on the very first day!I too am a beginner and I could still pull it off!
    To all the beginners out there worrying about the intensity...
    It just doesn't matter!It honestly doesn't!
    You need to just feel the need to just go for it!Yes,Just go for it!You will feel exhausted in the midst,but that can't stop you from going ahead!
    Working out isn't something that's not your cup of tea.
    It will eventually turn out to be one of your strong suits.
    I assure you that.
    Just stay strong and hopeful.

    I've been a consistent gym rat since I was 13. I've done plyo, played 3 sports in high school, was a collegiate cheerleader, done fitness competitions, and THESE workouts are the most challenging ones I've done. Hats off Pamela. I'm a little ashamed I can't keep up, but thank you for helping me see how out of shape I've gotten since college lol

    She tricked me into doing usually avoided burpees by calling them plank to jump squats or something like that. I noticed half way through 😂

    Honestly I was scared to start the workout but it wasn't that hard. I mean, it was super intense but manageable. So definitely seen progress over the last months with Pam's workouts. So good. Keep going ya'll!!

    My abs were my weakest muscles (couldn’t even do 10 sit ups with someone holding my feet). Now it’s my strongest and I’m starting to see my little packs. I’ve been doing your workout a year ago and I’ve seen great results but never got to say thanks! Thanks Pamela!!
