So I have not measured the circumference of the thighs and I can not tell you exactly whether they are thinner. But at first glance they look much better than they were before. I struggled with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, etc. but I pushed, and I'm starting to feel better about myself. I find working out really helps to clear the mind and feel happier. But push, really think of after effects. Dream body? Dream goals? Healthy body? Healthy mindset? At least you are starting somewhere. Get your life together! Everyone here is saying that they want to look good after quarantine to impress someone or to just look good, but for me, in doing this for myself. I want to stop hating my body, so I'm doing my best to accept it. I'm on day 12 and I already love my body so much more, it just looks more like the community wants it to look like, and I know that it doesn't sound right, but if it means that I won't end up starving myself, I'm ok with it. The good thing about workouts is they let you know what parts of your body are stronger and weaker. Some exercises may kill you and others you won’t feel anything. It just lets you know what parts of your body are already strong and don’t need to be as worked out

Who's here after the 2 week shred challenge? Lost an inch or so in the previous challenge. Here to make more progress. Will update my RESULTS when I am done. BEFORE Waist- 28.5 Stomach- 32.5 Hips- 39 Hip dip- 39.5 AFTER Waist - 27.5 Stomach- 31.5 Hips- 39 Hip dip - 39 . This program really gave me that hourglass definition although I only lost an inch in my waist. I love how my body looks rn. Also, I didn't gain anything in my butt and I like it this way because I already have huge hips 😂 The one thing I noticed in my butt is that it's way more rounded now (Earlier I had only hips but no butt). Also my hip dips look significantly smaller!!! Tip: Use resistance bands for better results. I didn't have them and that's why I didn't get any drastic results. Apart from that, I believe that working on your body takes time so take time and don't get discouraged if you're not losing weight/inches faster. Every body is different 💖
It's been 2 years of not working out with Chloe! I can say that this work out is really effective, YES seriously it made my body look amazing and then I got pregnant and gave birth to my daughter via caesarian section so I can't work out yet. So I'll just keep on watching chloe for now until I can get back in working out💗

Stretching helps with flexibility, which can help to make the workout more effective. You dont want your muscles to be tight and sore, so stretching can release the tension in your muscles. It creates more room for your muscles to expand, and to grow. *PLEASE REMEMBER TO STRETCH.* It might not be in the program, but it will help your booty to grow faster, and it helps to get better results. I’ve just finished the 25 day hourglass challenge - I’ve lost 2 inches off my waist, 1.5 inches off my hips and gained 1.5 inches on the booty🥳 I’ve also lost 12lbs by combining your workouts with a healthier lifestyle. Try forcing more weight onto the palm of your hand by gripping with your fingers. It feels like how you would palm a basketball:) I learned that trick from Yoga with Adrienne
The sweat bands or wrist bands help my wrists and for stuff where you can’t do like a push up or plank, use the wall then work you way down with a couch or counter top till you can handle the floor. Thats just what helped me to stay consistent with these workouts.

Guys it's worth it... I've been doing it for 3 months and I've grown almost 6 and a half inches on my bootttyyyy I was a flat girl with no bum.. DO THIS WORKOUTTT! I didn't rllY see a lot of difference and I didn't do all the abs workout bc u know I was a skinny flat girl. But the hip dips are also good doing I have no dips anymore and I have a rllY tiny waist I'm soo happy! Also I love u chloee ting u made me glow up and I'm soo happy with the results. Body Measurements: 35.8inchs - Waist 91cm - Waist 44inchs - Butt 112cm - Butt 25 Days Hourglass Challenge Age: 15 Goal of days : 25-30 Starting Day: 20th July 2020 Starting weight: 96kg Day 1: Felt motivated today, finished both workout videos. My gluteus hurt, however not as tired as I thought! Took 10-30 secs break, after each set. Looking forward to Day 2! Day 2: l moved the rest day from, Day 3 to Day 2 so, I can focus on my diet throughout the day. I ate moderate amounts and looking forward to take on Day 3. Day 3: Day 3 was wild, felt like throwing up. Still pushed through, felt a lot of tension in my gluteus and core. Although, I started late I’m so happy I found some sort of motivation to keep going. Thanks to all the support, excited to progress forwards.

Day 1 : I am pretty much out of shape, It’s hard for me especially the side planks. I have taken number of breaks and longer breaks between different sets. DONE ✅ Day 2: Did only first set (something is better than nothing) Day 3: Did only second and third sets. (Definitely better than yesterday) Day 4: Did all the sets but took longer breaks in between the sets, was not as difficult as the first day Done ✅☺️ Keep motivating yourself to do it even if you can’t complete it fully, you ll get there :)
I read a comment once which said: it doesn’t matter if you take longer breaks or stop midway at least you are better than those who are sitting on the couch. I felt that.

i’m only on day 11 of the hourglass challenge, and let me tell you all i have never been so proud of my body.
i can wear crop tops & bikinis with such confidence now - so much weight from my stomach is literally gone!
not to mention i haven’t changed my diet at all, and i’m still seeing these results.

So I have not measured the circumference of the thighs and I can not tell you exactly whether they are thinner. But at first glance they look much better than they were before. In 4 weeks you’ll see it, and in 8 weeks you’ll hear it.“ and it's so true. I used to wear baggy clothes or hoodies in summer because I had low self-esteem. Now I'm wearing summer clothes with no problem. Guys, it really pays off. About a week left, going strong now. But keep going luvs, it's not impossible. I learned a lot of discipline from this. There were days I had so many issues / problems and days I had no motivation, I know exactly how it feels. I struggled with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, etc. but I pushed, and I'm starting to feel better about myself. I find working out really helps to clear the mind and feel happier. But push, really think of after effects. Dream body? Dream goals? Healthy body? Healthy mindset? At least you are starting somewhere. Get your life together! Everyone here is saying that they want to look good after quarantine to impress someone or to just look good, but for me, in doing this for myself. I want to stop hating my body, so I'm doing my best to accept it. I'm on day 12 and I already love my body so much more, it just looks more like the community wants it to look like, and I know that it doesn't sound right, but if it means that I won't end up starving myself, I'm ok with it. Chloe's workouts are amazing and she truly is a lifesaver
Edit: for everyone asking if the workout works, I'm on day 20 of the full schedule. My mom just walked by me and said that my butt looks bigger. I dont know why she has something with my butt. The good thing about workouts is they let you know what parts of your body are stronger and weaker. Some exercises may kill you and others you won’t feel anything. It just lets you know what parts of your body are already strong and don’t need to be as worked out

I have never completed a challenge before, this is the first time I completed a challenge and the first time I had so many workout days in a row. Usually I work out for 2 weeks, get boring of it and stop working out for two months lol. BUT NOT THIS TIME❤️ I just did it any my results are AMAZING. I feel sexy again in my body ❤️❤️ I got a total different body!! I was always chubby since I was a kid, this is the first time I have a body like this!! I won't stop, I will do the summer shred challenge next and write a comment about my progress again.❤️ So I can wear crop tops and tight dresses soon 😭😭😭😭💕💕 but I feel so confident I actually could wear them now too lol.
But I also got a lot stronger than before, if someone told me on day 1 that I could do up and down planks, high planks or frog kicks till the end then I wouldn't have believed it. Now I really enjoy those exercises and working out in general😻💕💪

This program really gave me that hourglass definition although I only lost an inch in my waist. I love how my body looks rn. Also, I didn't gain anything in my butt and I like it this way because I already have huge hips 😂 The one thing I noticed in my butt is that it's way more rounded now (Earlier I had only hips but no butt). Also my hip dips look significantly smaller!!!
Tip: Use resistance bands for better results. I didn't have them and that's why I didn't get any drastic results. Apart from that, I believe that working on your body takes time so take time and don't get discouraged if you're not losing weight/inches faster. Every body is different 💖

It's been 2 years of not working out with Chloe! I can say that this work out is really effective, YES seriously it made my body look amazing and then I got pregnant and gave birth to my daughter via caesarian section so I can't work out yet. So I'll just keep on watching chloe for now until I can get back in working out💗

A piece of advice when growing your booty:
After you work out and do these videos, *DONT FORGET TO COOL DOWN AND STRETCH.* Remember to stretch out your butt, your inner thighs and your hamstrings and legs, your whole body in general. Stretching helps with flexibility, which can help to make the workout more effective. You dont want your muscles to be tight and sore, so stretching can release the tension in your muscles. It creates more room for your muscles to expand, and to grow. *PLEASE REMEMBER TO STRETCH.* It might not be in the program, but it will help your booty to grow faster, and it helps to get better results. Stretching HELPS A LOT, in flexibility and with growing muscles, like growing your glutes. *STRETCH THOSE GLUTE MUSCLES!*

I’ve just finished the 25 day hourglass challenge - I’ve lost 2 inches off my waist, 1.5 inches off my hips and gained 1.5 inches on the booty🥳 I’ve also lost 12lbs by combining your workouts with a healthier lifestyle. Try forcing more weight onto the palm of your hand by gripping with your fingers. It feels like how you would palm a basketball:) I learned that trick from Yoga with Adrienne

The sweat bands or wrist bands help my wrists and for stuff where you can’t do like a push up or plank, use the wall then work you way down with a couch or counter top till you can handle the floor. Thats just what helped me to stay consistent with these workouts.

Guys it's worth it... I've been doing it for 3 months and I've grown almost 6 and a half inches on my bootttyyyy I was a flat girl with no bum.. DO THIS WORKOUTTT! I didn't rllY see a lot of difference and I didn't do all the abs workout bc u know I was a skinny flat girl. But the hip dips are also good doing I have no dips anymore and I have a rllY tiny waist I'm soo happy! Also I love u chloee ting u made me glow up and I'm soo happy with the results. I'm still gonna carry on this workout and see what happens. Mayby my booty will go like 🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑 like Kim kardaian lmao

Day 1: Felt motivated today, finished both workout videos. My gluteus hurt, however not as tired as I thought! Took 10-30 secs break, after each set. Looking forward to Day 2!
Day 2: l moved the rest day from, Day 3 to Day 2 so, I can focus on my diet throughout the day. I ate moderate amounts and looking forward to take on Day 3.
Day 3: Day 3 was wild, felt like throwing up. Still pushed through, felt a lot of tension in my gluteus and core. Although, I started late I’m so happy I found some sort of motivation to keep going. Thanks to all the support, excited to progress forwards.

Tengo duda, estos ejercicios ayudan a aumentar masa muscular de los gluteos también o solo ayuda a reducir?

@@nereidanohemisanchez2254 no reduce, lo que reduce es el no comer bien o el hacer dieta cuando estas en pleno desarrollo. Este tipo ejercicio no hace que se reduzca la nalga

Day 1 : I am pretty much out of shape, It’s hard for me especially the side planks. I have taken number of breaks and longer breaks between different sets.
DONE ✅
Day 2: Did only first set (something is better than nothing)
Day 3: Did only second and third sets. (Definitely better than yesterday)
Day 4: Did all the sets but took longer breaks in between the sets, was not as difficult as the first day
Done ✅☺️
Keep motivating yourself to do it even if you can’t complete it fully, you ll get there :)
