Let me tell. This work out looks easy buuuutttt you will feel the next day and two days afterwards!!! I did this last saturday, the next day my whole abdomen was so sore. Its monday and I'm still sore. HOWEVER, my waist is coming throughhhh! Yaaass 😆😆. On Tuesday i'm gonna do my cardio and finish it off with this waist exercise. Wish me luck!

LOL! Yes this was always my case when I lived at home. My mom knew I would workout around 6 or 7pm and once I would start warming up here she would come lol.
So I have been doing this workout for like 2-3 weeks and my body is shaped as a ⌛️. I actually thought this workout would not work but my results came out amazing! (Also you get some results in the matter of 2-3 days!!!) UPDATE: it’s been like 1-2 in a half months and I am LOVING my shape UPDATE #2: It’s been about 3 months so far and my body has completely changed! I have more of an hour glass, my abs, legs, and butt are toned! I recommend to do this before dinner or breakfast. Sorry bout the updates~ UPDATE#3: it’s been about 4ish months? And I am so happy that everyone has been trying this out! I know I’ve mentioned this in the comments but I’ve cut out sugary/junk foods, and it was quite a CHALLENGE but I slowly moved up and got rid of my eating habit with unhealthy foods!! (BTW I recommend if you have cheat days if it’s a little to hard for you). I have been also doing other workouts for this small waist/round butt. I will later add the other workouts that I also use if you would like to do them. And also THANK YOU for the likes and comments!!! I did this for about 3 days and the change was amazing. This definitely gives you a more feminine and curvy look. Also green tea, eggs and almond milk will help with shaping your booty and slimming down your waist.

I just lost my best friends around 2 weeks ago and then luckily for me school was cancelled because of the coronavirus and I have been trying to deal with my depression, self harm and suicidal thoughts which my best friends knew about but still constantly made me hate myself more and more. They are all so stunning with perfect body’s and I have finally decided that I’m not gonna let my depression take over my life anymore. This is my life and I’m finally ready to start living it again, even if I have to do it without them. So I have decided that I’m gonna go back to school a new person and this is the first step. I will update everyday :) Day 1: I did it a few times during the day and again at night and it was quite hard but wasn’t to bad. Day 2: still no difference but I’m actually having fun doing this and it stops me from sitting in my bed all day overthinking everything. I am also doing lots of other workouts and started a diet today. Day 3: I forgot to do it today but I did lots of other workouts. I ruined my diet a bit but I’m gonna try restart my diet tomorrow. Day 4: I forgot again sorry but I will actually start doing it again tomorrow. Day 5&6: there’s been a bit of a change since I started. Day 7: I skipped it today. Day 8:

great workout! It went by really quickly. My only suggestion would be to maybe add a beeping noise every time the exercise switches? I found myself getting really into it and looking up and I'm already supposed to be half way into the next one lollll

This workout is super challenging, but it will all be worth it in the end. day 2: It feels good to be done my second day. To be perfectly honest, I haven't seen much change in my body yet. day 3: I really hate to say it, but no change yet. UPDATE: looking back at my body tonight, my side booty has become slightly more toned. I'm quite happy that I'm starting to achieve the body I want. day 4: I have noticed that my butt and hips are shaping up. Not sure about my waist, I'm going to wait until tomorrow to report its progress.

I came to comment the same. Crazy! I had to pause it between each exercise! When she said she was going to repeat everything, that was the final straw. I'm going to find another short hourglass workout instead to finish off with. 😅
Imma try update here to keep me motivated. Day 1: ✅ nice and easy. I did the 1 week flat stomach workout after this too cause my core muscles a stronger and needed that workout pain. I also did assorted leg squats and straight dead lifts only with 5kg to add a lil extra weight. Day 2: ✅ my booty and core muscle only sore when tensed and worked out throughout this video. But got damn my hamstrings and quads are sore af 🙌🏽 that extra leg workout did me good. Day 3: rest day cause my muscles sore Day 4: done 3 different arm and back workouts from holly’s channel. I’m so tired god damn. My arms better be sore tomorrow. 30 DAYS LATER: Forgot to update but I done a variety of Hollys workouts for certain days & I loved all of them. I of course had to add weights since my body doesn’t get sore training with just my body weight. STAY consistent and you’ll see results 🔥
I just want to say that I've been doing this workout at home during the pandemic and still doing it now. I really saw RESULTS!! My waist got snatched and booty grew but, of course it comes with the diet and genes. I hated my body before but, thanks to this workout- I lost fat and got what I wanted for my body.

so I have tried combining this workout with some hiit workouts and then separate leg, bum and waist workouts, basically creating a schedule. And let me tell you, it really works, this workout is amazing and when adding a bit more exercises you get amazing results! :)

I’ve been doing this work out for about a month and let me tell y’all it works!! My abs r so much more defined and my butt isn’t bigger but it is definitely lifted!! Thats honestly all I wanted :)
You don't want inner thighs when you have inner thighs like me if you wear a dress or a skirt without shorts or pants you have a rash or if you walk for just 10:00 minutes you will have red bumps and a rash and sometimes it can lead to rashes that get purple and get turned into a blister it's painful but it heals over time and let's say you want to wear short shorts it's not good if you have inner thighs because you still get bad rashes and if you have inner thighs I say it looks good but it doesn't feel good when your walking for 10:00 minutes and let's say you want to go swimming when you have thighs it hurts because your thighs rub together and it creates a bad rash the only way to prevent bad rashes if you have thighs is to get one of those super tight soft fabric pants or shorts and then wear a dress or a skirt but alowise you can't wear what others wear especially if you sweat in the summer the rashes get a lot worse

I'm doing this!! Day 1: ✅ It burned. More so after I was done. It hurt to laugh. Day 2: ✅ Combined with the pain from the day previous, it feels like my body is on fire. I love it!!! Day 3: I drove more than 8 hours and fell down a flight of stairs. I think I get a pass, haha. Day 4:✅ I'm sweating, and it burned, which is good. Heading out to do the rest. imma do this everyday with 1 break a week till school starts day 1. i did it with my cousin. we took a few breaks but not that much. we sweated a lot and we were in pain day 2. wasn’t rlly sore because i usually work out my stomach but i did it today again. i spent the whole day at the beach and was not motivated to get up and do the work out but i forced myself to do it at 11 pm because i knew i would regret it if i didn’t (i always work out at night) day 3. took a break because i went to wonderland with my family, walked around for 7 hours did over 12000 steps :) day 4. i worked out with my cousin today, did take any breaks at all getting easier day 5. i worked out at midnight today because i was too busy cleaning my room. i don’t see any results in fact i think my butt is smaller then before day 6. i did it again :) day 7 - 8 - 9. i missed because i was at asleep over day 10. i did it again but took a lot of breaks day idk. i forgot to update but i’m still working out. i did a different workout yesterday but i did this one today. i can see my stomach is much flatter Next 5 days. i did the workout and also on the 5th day i did it twice I took a break

One thing I would really like to request is, I hope you at least put a voice over for when it's time to change and a timer tick before the time is up. i really admire your endurance, i’m obviously a beginner and couldn’t get through this (only got to 10:17) but do you have any tips to help me endure and push through workouts when it burns?
good at your own pace.. resting in between and eventually your body will build it's metabolism and you'll be able to endure and do plus. I've come to realise that as long as I see what they're doing, I then room it at my own pace... thinking of doing it right (quality ) and not quantity and it works.
so i added this to my workout playlist and im going to be doing this everday( not promising) and come back with updates Day 1: Im just starting so obvi no changes hope to see results soon : ) Day 2 : it was not as stressful as day 1 but still stressful but i enjoyed it , i also saw a small change but anytime i eat my tummy becomes bloated again so i think im going to start doing this twice a day so i can be more toned. :) Day 3:I rested on day 3 cause I was starting to ache Day 4: it didnt hurt as much I'm actually seeing improvements I'm also tempted to be lazy 😩😩 pray for me

thank you for incorporating your time to switch between exercises but without having any rest i find myself pausing the video to get an extra 5 or 10 seconds between the exercises. maybe incorporate rest times again?

this is the kind of a workout that I really enjoy, I didn't feel that much of a burn but it was just right (I was sore for the past few days so thats fine), I really like the lunge kick exercise, I personally did normal fire hydrants, the straight leg ones just didn't feel right for me
This is going to be my quarantine work out I’ll keep updates ! I started this March 26th Day 1: I worked up quite a sweat from this work out. But it felt nice 👍🏽 Day 2: I didn’t wake up sore but now it’s currently night time and my stomach is a bit sore. But I got through the work out 💪 not as sweaty as yesterday ! Day 3: I’m started to get lines on my stomach ( aka abs ) and my waist is getting tinier ! Day 4: today was the hardest day. I almost quit half way through but I decided to push myself ! My body is definitely starting to take form ⏳ I’ve noticed my butt area has been lifted creating a nice rounder look. Day 5: I had no motivation today and wanted to quit the second circuit that works ur butt, but I pushed myself and finished the work out 💪 Day 6: I took today off to give my body a break

Guys. Make sure to go at your own pace. Its ok if you cant do it at first 😂😂 this took me 4 tries in different days until i was able to finish it completely.

Really like this workout!! Not a fan of constantly having to pause the video to get into the next abdominal move though, wish you gave about 5 seconds in between moves. Also there's no audio timer so I can't tell when I'm supposed to get into the next position without having to look at the video which kind of messes with my form. No issue with the leg moves! Just a couple of friendly suggestions
Do you also go to the gym/train with weights or do you just do the workouts at home? I really want to build muscles so I hope this will work for me. Love all your workouts they are so effective😍❤️

I just lost my best friends around 2 weeks ago and then luckily for me school was cancelled because of the coronavirus and I have been trying to deal with my depression, self harm and suicidal thoughts which my best friends knew about but still constantly made me hate myself more and more. They are all so stunning with perfect body’s and I have finally decided that I’m not gonna let my depression take over my life anymore. This is my life and I’m finally ready to start living it again, even if I have to do it without them. So I have decided that I’m gonna go back to school a new person and this is the first step. I will update everyday :)
Day 1: I did it a few times during the day and again at night and it was quite hard but wasn’t to bad.
Day 2: still no difference but I’m actually having fun doing this and it stops me from sitting in my bed all day overthinking everything. I am also doing lots of other workouts and started a diet today.
Day 3: I forgot to do it today but I did lots of other workouts. I ruined my diet a bit but I’m gonna try restart my diet tomorrow.
Day 4: I forgot again sorry but I will actually start doing it again tomorrow.
Day 5&6: there’s been a bit of a change since I started.
Day 7: I skipped it today.

day 1: Just finished my first day of this. This workout is super challenging, but it will all be worth it in the end.
day 2: It feels good to be done my second day. To be perfectly honest, I haven't seen much change in my body yet.
day 3: I really hate to say it, but no change yet. UPDATE: looking back at my body tonight, my side booty has become slightly more toned. I'm quite happy that I'm starting to achieve the body I want.
day 4: I have noticed that my butt and hips are shaping up. Not sure about my waist, I'm going to wait until tomorrow to report its progress.

Imma try update here to keep me motivated.
Day 1: ✅ nice and easy. I did the 1 week flat stomach workout after this too cause my core muscles a stronger and needed that workout pain. I also did assorted leg squats and straight dead lifts only with 5kg to add a lil extra weight.
Day 2: ✅ my booty and core muscle only sore when tensed and worked out throughout this video. But got damn my hamstrings and quads are sore af 🙌🏽 that extra leg workout did me good.
Day 3: rest day cause my muscles sore
Day 4: done 3 different arm and back workouts from holly’s channel. I’m so tired god damn. My arms better be sore tomorrow.

Forgot to update but I done a variety of Hollys workouts for certain days & I loved all of them. I of course had to add weights since my body doesn’t get sore training with just my body weight. STAY consistent and you’ll see results 🔥
I just want to say that I've been doing this workout at home during the pandemic and still doing it now. I really saw RESULTS!! My waist got snatched and booty grew but, of course it comes with the diet and genes. I hated my body before but, thanks to this workout- I lost fat and got what I wanted for my body.
Pls take in between some breaks at least after every circuit . Else it’s stop and rewind every time . Great form of exercises holly 👍. Thanks for sharing

so I have tried combining this workout with some hiit workouts and then separate leg, bum and waist workouts, basically creating a schedule. And let me tell you, it really works, this workout is amazing and when adding a bit more exercises you get amazing results! :)

I was wondering if you could please please do a inner thigh workout...?!
You don't want inner thighs when you have inner thighs like me if you wear a dress or a skirt without shorts or pants you have a rash or if you walk for just 10:00 minutes you will have red bumps and a rash and sometimes it can lead to rashes that get purple and get turned into a blister it's painful but it heals over time and let's say you want to wear short shorts it's not good if you have inner thighs because you still get bad rashes and if you have inner thighs I say it looks good but it doesn't feel good when your walking for 10:00 minutes and let's say you want to go swimming when you have thighs it hurts because your thighs rub together and it creates a bad rash the only way to prevent bad rashes if you have thighs is to get one of those super tight soft fabric pants or shorts and then wear a dress or a skirt but alowise you can't wear what others wear especially if you sweat in the summer the rashes get a lot worse

I love strength training way more than cardio because it boosts ur metabolism so u can eat more than u usually and still get desired results

imma do this everyday with 1 break a week till school starts
day 1. i did it with my cousin. we took a few breaks but not that much. we sweated a lot and we were in pain
day 2. wasn’t rlly sore because i usually work out my stomach but i did it today again. i spent the whole day at the beach and was not motivated to get up and do the work out but i forced myself to do it at 11 pm because i knew i would regret it if i didn’t (i always work out at night)
day 3. took a break because i went to wonderland with my family, walked around for 7 hours did over 12000 steps :)
day 4. i worked out with my cousin today, did take any breaks at all getting easier
day 5. i worked out at midnight today because i was too busy cleaning my room. i don’t see any results in fact i think my butt is smaller then before
day 6. i did it again :)
day 7 - 8 - 9. i missed because i was at asleep over
day 10. i did it again but took a lot of breaks
day idk. i forgot to update but i’m still working out. i did a different workout yesterday but i did this one today. i can see my stomach is much flatter

Yvette R Hey, I guess taking little rests between the exercises (15-30 sec) will help you
good at your own pace.. resting in between and eventually your body will build it's metabolism and you'll be able to endure and do plus. I've come to realise that as long as I see what they're doing, I then room it at my own pace... thinking of doing it right (quality ) and not quantity and it works.
so i added this to my workout playlist and im going to be doing this everday( not promising) and come back with updates
Day 1: Im just starting so obvi no changes hope to see results soon : )
Day 2 : it was not as stressful as day 1 but still stressful but i enjoyed it , i also saw a small change but anytime i eat my tummy becomes bloated again so i think im going to start doing this twice a day so i can be more toned. :)
Day 3:I rested on day 3 cause I was starting to ache
Day 4: it didnt hurt as much I'm actually seeing improvements I'm also tempted to be lazy 😩😩 pray for me

thank you for incorporating your time to switch between exercises but without having any rest i find myself pausing the video to get an extra 5 or 10 seconds between the exercises. maybe incorporate rest times again?

this is the kind of a workout that I really enjoy, I didn't feel that much of a burn but it was just right (I was sore for the past few days so thats fine), I really like the lunge kick exercise, I personally did normal fire hydrants, the straight leg ones just didn't feel right for me
This is going to be my quarantine work out I’ll keep updates ! I started this March 26th
Day 1: I worked up quite a sweat from this work out. But it felt nice 👍🏽
Day 2: I didn’t wake up sore but now it’s currently night time and my stomach is a bit sore. But I got through the work out 💪 not as sweaty as yesterday !
Day 3: I’m started to get lines on my stomach ( aka abs ) and my waist is getting tinier !
Day 4: today was the hardest day. I almost quit half way through but I decided to push myself ! My body is definitely starting to take form ⏳ I’ve noticed my butt area has been lifted creating a nice rounder look.
Day 5: I had no motivation today and wanted to quit the second circuit that works ur butt, but I pushed myself and finished the work out 💪

Day 1:✅ Pretty hard lol
Day 2: ✅ I’m sooooo tired
Day 3:✅ still hard but getting easier ( my hips and thighs seem to have a better/rounded
shape)
Day 5: ❌skipped today but I will do it twice tomorrow
That was a great workout and the music kept me going. lol
Really like this workout!! Not a fan of constantly having to pause the video to get into the next abdominal move though, wish you gave about 5 seconds in between moves. Also there's no audio timer so I can't tell when I'm supposed to get into the next position without having to look at the video which kind of messes with my form. No issue with the leg moves! Just a couple of friendly suggestions
I love this and feel it will do some change! Will this work better if i do it every other day or everyday?
