- Sarah bought a 2007 Bobcat T190 Skidsteer. This video shows us doing some small repairs and general maintenance. We changed the engine oil and filter, fuel filter, both hydraulic filters, and both case drain filters. Also changed the outer bearing fluid in the drive motors. I also try and show how to take a track off by yourself.

I welded a sacrificial socket onto a 2” x 1/2” thick flat bar about 18” long then used a 6’ long cheater pipe over the end of it to loosen the sprocket nuts. Also replace those plugs in the sprocket drive after putting in that 2 Oz of oil.
Nice done. Like, you have done the job and check everything before it is going to service. Your girl would be quite happy to have a pationed mechanic 👍
So, I have done this on mine a couple of times. When you change the oil in the hubs, boil some water and then let the bottle of oil sit in there to thin the oil. Seemed to help speed up the process a little bit.
and magnetic plugs are a good indication of any metal damage.
Hands under the bucket aligning the bracket...WOW that was crazy ! Also might want to check the valve on the press, it is leaking or the seals are. You could see it doing down, then leaking back up with each pump.
Compressed air in the dipstick hole will get that oil flowing for you quicker if in a time crunch.
U got the idea but use 1.5”x1.5” wood and stop as it reaches the front sprocket

Ken Thanks, it’s got 4300 hours on it, rollers are all tight. The engine is a Kubota and it runs very well

While it's inside why not wirebrush those sides and prime and get Rusteloum black.paint matte or gloss preserve next check website Chem X they have A great bio.degreaser and a product called snake oil conditioner spray after wash let sit 5mins rinse keeps dirt mud snow rain rolling off

Did you change the hydro oil or just the filter?
Just the filter in that video, I changed the hyd oil and filter this summer when I serviced it though
