To compress the track cylinder, lift the bucket, put a length of firewood in there, and dip the bucket forward. It should squeeze all the grease out of the track cylinder like right now. Pieces of pipe of about 2 1/2 diameter stuck in the drive gear while your girl operates the drive motor will lift the tracks off and then the track will slide on the pipes and come right off without having to pull so hard. Put it back on the same way pushing with the forks on the tractor.
