1lb lump crab meat
15 to 20 ritz crackers (crushed)
1/4 cup plus 2 tbles of Mayo
1 tbles. Old Bay seasoning
2 stalks green onions (chopped/only the green)
1egg (beaten)
1tsp mustard
3/4 tbles parsley
3/4 tbles Worcestershire sauce

Tried this recipe today, even though I added sauteed seasoned shrimp, green peppers and onions, instead of green onions, and an extra egg. I also coated the crab cake with Italian bread crumbs. Used 15 Ritz crackers, and boy oh boy, was this delish! I never knew when I lived in Norfolk, Portsmouth area, that you were so popular. So glad to finally try one of your recipes!
