      Speaking for myself, I've gone over to sheep and goat dairy in a big way. On top of everything else, the better you stand on the C-15 question is fundamental to my dietary choices from here on in. Tastes great too.

    I lost 50lbs by eating mostly fat meat, with some greens. I ran a program of fasting only eating one great meal per day. Most days a steak with greens. NO potatoes, NO bread, NO pasta. It's the carbs that make you hungry.
