I followed Dr Ekberg after getting into Dr Sinclair and it has worked great for me...
... Unfortunately, my daughter followed along and it didn't work for her.
How do you find a doctor versed in this logic? For me, I couldn't find one... They all told me I wouldn't likely get off my bp meds... Now I'm med free and lower bp than when I was 20.
So, how do you find resources when most medical doctors tend to check critical thinking at the door?

Tack igen. Mvh. Johan.

Eating less is the healthiest way that I have ever lived and felt . I am never hungry , nor do I feel weak to my amazement .. Our bodies will take care of us if we trust them and when You let Your body prove itself to You . The Stress is gone when You Trust Your Body to sustain You with only the minimal Food intake that , that it actually needs to function .. . I am surprised and blown away how this has simplified my Life and I have never been tempted to return to my old ways . You covered a lot of ground here, and thank you for all your videos which helped guide me since I started low carb in January of this year, just 2 months before my 75th bday. My leaky gut which bothered me in the last 30 years is gone.
Thank you, too, Lewis. You're my hero, too. You may be too young to have advanced so much in your self-knowledge, but this old lady believes in you, and in your strength to face future challenges, and many more will come..

15:00 completely true. I had to start eating all raw fruits, vegetables and greens with almost no sodium and no fat for 6+ months after having acute liver failure from steroids and alcohol. I lost 100lbs of muscle, went from 250lbs to 150lbs and now I'm eating lots of beef and eggs again 13 months after the liver failure, liver enzymes are great, natural test levels are great, up to 175lbs now.
It took a few months to start tolerating a little lean chicken breast with a couple meals a day, after 6 months I could start tolerating healthy amounts of healthy fats and sodium enough to start doing moderately hard training. After 9 months I could start having enough saturated fat and protein to have good natural test levels and start training hard enough to put weight back on. Skyr is like a miracle food for me. Ungulate meat, tubors, skyr, leafy greens, a little citrus and some berries and I'm all over it.

My Japanese friends are so SO healthy and eat white rice for every meal. But, they eat lots of miso and fermented foods. They also eat many green vegetables. I never hear of them taking laxatives, Rolaids or gas reliving priducts. They never seem to be sick. They eat VERY LITTLE meat. Mostly fish. When I eat meat I don't go to the bathroom for days.

Having lived in Asia, if you watch how they eat, they are eating what Americans would consider a child size portion of rice. You eat rice as a filler, to top off other things you eat. Also, being fat is the ultimate no no for Japanese. I would watch my friend eat ONE tiny chocolate square, put the rest away and that was dessert. She drank a lot of green tea and a diet tea.

Correlation is not causation, the amount and the frequency that Asians eat compared to Americans can't be compared furthermore Asians markers are actually lagging towards what the US is today, they are actually following suit if not corrected.

Wrong meat. Eat organic grass fed finished meat cook in gee - olive oil- grass fed organic butter. Eat with steamed or sauté vegetables. A portion of fermented food. Drink a glass of water kefir - kombucha- water. Meat is great, the food the animals are on is the problem. Source ORGANIC GRASS FED UNPASTEURISED FREE RANGE ANIMAL PRODUCE.

I eat most grains/legumes and have no problems with digestion. I try as much as possible to avoid white flour/sugar/processed food and mostly eat every vegetable/fruit, eggs, fish, beef, lamb, chicken, liver and seafood. Thus far I find this type of diet for me works.
Therefore, it’s for each of us with trial and error to find out what’s best for you.
Thank you for sharing this interesting and informative video
