I know I'm late but it's you going to run the genesis coupe hard you need to increase the oil 5w40 and use a heavy weight lucas oil stabilizer the a oil cooler and increase the radiator to the 3.8 mishimoto dis and it goes for all cars the power and heat will turn the oil like water so keep the engine cool the genesis coupe hard known for lack of lubrication
Been an engine machinist since I was 15 bro! Every engine rebuild tells a story. That didn't look bad to me, although the big end brgs had bright spots tdc and bdc. So I think the clearance is off. The turbo in that shape is probably the reason for the oil looking horrible. On blow ups I always cut open the oil filter and see whats hiding in there. The inside is the outlet aye bro! 🤘❤
Edit; if I might make a suggestion for your new engine, if you're turbocharging it again. Try a tad of oil in the fuel bro, especially for high boost or high rpm! 👍
