I love how Cindy cleans the piece. Amazing . What do you use for musty smells in antique furniture.

Hi Debbie! 1. Clean with Dawn dish soap. We clean, then wipe down the inside of the piece, but we do not rinse the inside. 2. If still musty, we use Zep Smoke and Odor Eliminator. Spray the inside of the piece and close all drawers and let it sit overnight. Then air out. 3. If that doesn't do it, then we seal the inside ( and all surfaces if really bad) with Dixie Belle Boss in clear. Hope that helps!

This was certainly worth the wait! Such a classic style. I love your color choice and hardware. With flat-screen TVs being so affordable my local Thrift Stores and Restore Store seems to have an abundance of TV cabinets. Your video has me thinking of purchasing 3. (One to replace my ridiculously tiny linen closet, others to sell.) Thank you for the inspiration! (If you remember the source would you share where you purchased your rolling seats? I believe wheels would help my 70+yr old knees when working on furniture. Definitely an improvement over my stationary stool.)

How do you weigh your pieces, for uship?

We just guesstimate. They don't need an exact weight, they just need to know that they are not overloading their trailer.

I've started rolling the ReThunk Junk where I can and it gives such a smooth finish, just like this piece you did. The Midnight is one of my favorite colors from this company, as is Slate. Beautiful job. Did you just use a regular wire cutter to shorten the screws?

Yes, it was a wire cutter. The screws that were sent with the hardware had spaces that were thinner so they could be cut. We really like the Rethunk Junk too! Thanks!
