Few grievances
1. Use of tata salt is injurious to health. Use only sendha namak and black salt.
2. We should use only green chilli in place of Red chill as per ayurveda.

I am actually very surprised. Kanji is very similar to Turnip Juice, a fermented beverage produced in Turkey. The Turkish word for fermented turnip juice is "Şalgam Suyu". You can watch many different recipe versions when you search for it on youtube. Purple carrots are also added to Turnip Juice. In some versions, beet root is also added to this recipe.
Traditionally it is still produced at home. As a commercial product, there are two different versions in the markets. In addition, the flavor of "Şalgam Suyu" is very compatible with the flavor of kebab and "rakı".
Turnip is calles "" shalgum"" in Hindusthani too 😊😊
