- Summers are here and all you want is a refreshing shot of a home-made drink! So here is a #ThandaiMasala recipe that takes no time and can be prepared in advance to make #Thandai anytime. You can use this masala to prepare other desserts and drinks too! So as the name is, this drink cools you off with its spices, dried fruits, and saffron.

Thandai Masala & Instant Thandai
(Serves 1)
Ingredients:
(For Thandai Masala)
Almonds - ¼ cup
Cashew nuts - ¼ cup
Pista - ¼ cup
Fennel Seeds - 1½ tbsp
Peppercorns - 12nos
Watermelon seeds - 2tbsp
Poppy Seeds - 2 tbsp
Cardamom - 10nos
Dried Rose Petals - 4tbsp
Saffron strands - a generous pinch
Nutmeg Powder - ½ tsp
Cinnamon Powder - ½ tsp
(For Instant Thandai)
Thandai Masala - 2tbsp
Milk - 250ml
Sugar - 2tbsp
Ice cubes - few

Hello kunal sir. I made thandai using ur rcp and it turned out super delicious. Only change i have made is i have added milk powder in the rcp which gave thick texture to my thandai milk😍😋
