Sorry to say Ma’am there was something amiss I think we need rye maybe can’t be optional I followed exact recipe but there was a layer of fungus in one batch I’m not able to consume it he sight of fungus is just repelling I’m going to stick to rice kanji overnight that probiotic would do failing which I have my almond yougurt

In Faisalabad Pakistan we have black carrots which make extreme good kanji.
So do the people of North India....but those are seasonal, so the beetroot is a great substitute
