Start 12 Surya namaskar first than add another 12 after 1 week at the and of 2-3 month your body used to 108 Surya namaskar I assure you this is best exercise for body as well as mind.
I have been doing 25 each for last 2 days and I feel good..I am able to do it within 15 minutes..may be it's because I otherwise do workout and all...I am planning to reach the 108 number...I am doing it for weightloss as my weight is stagnant despite excercise so I still go to the gym but at home doing the suryanamaskar

I agree. It's been 4 months I've cultivated the habit of doing 108 surya namaskara everyday.
