    This is brilliant! Starting slow. Done 25 rounds and eventually want to do 108.
    Love the way Rashmi always says about inhaling and exhaling. Feels like I am meditating too

    I just found this video. This is the first time I am doing yoga in 3 years. I could only complete 7 rounds. I am very positive that I will complete all 54 rounds soon

    Dear Rashmi,
    Thank you for being my teacher for a month now. I started with 5 rounds on 6th Dec and now its been a week that I do 25 rounds. I have lost 3kgs so far with 3 inches lesser on the waist. I must tell you that with this video I don't feel tired and i don't feel like giving up. I shall continue to do the SNs till i reach my ideal weight. Thank you so much!
    Fun Fact: My mom (my first teacher) is also Rashmi Ramesh 😀

      I try to eat enough protein which I did not do previously as i used juices as base for smoothies
      now i limit to about 35 to 40 carbs, but aim still for 25 or less
      weight stays pretty consistent at 88-90 pounds
      i just turned 69 and started 108 salutations as a way to take yoga with me every day since i travel more these days

    This is so effective.... I use to do 50 Suryanamaskar and still not sweat and by doing this only at 30 I start sweating..this shows proper breathing can help the toxins to release from body and that is main goal of any exercise..to get the blood circulation appropriately in all over body and release toxins through sweat, urine etc... which this one does so perfectly...     Superb i have done 20 rounds of Surya namaskara.becz of this video. Daily I'm trying to complete 20 Surya namaskaras but for me its very hard to do alone, and this video is really helped me.compared to other videos this is the best video to practice Surya namaskara #happyforthis#

      Yesterday I tried a little but today is much better, I did 4 lol it's hard when you don't know what you're doing lol but definitely practicing is great I am already better today than I was yesterday. Keep going, we are both doing great

    Thank you, this is great. I can never keep track of what round I am doing during my practice, I always loose count. Its so great that you will be counting for me then I can surrender more deeply to the movements.

    _It was an amazing journey. There were days when I was not willing to do it but then when I saw the continuous good changes occurring in my body, it gave me courage and strength to complete it till the end. In the beginning my body felt a hell lot of pain in the thigh, knee, elbow and abdomen but it was all worth it in the end. I didn't change my diet much just switched from white bread to brown bread and restricted myself a little in having junk food sometimes._ ❤😊

      Bro I wish I could like this comment from my multiple accounts .. I can barely reach 54 (out of 108) with multiple breaks in between .. I have started to practice it from March 1st by doing 10 and took some 8 days in between ... Please do share your journey at the end of 30 days

    Awesome counting..I have been following other counting with along sn but this counting is so easy doing that I don't feel tired at all. Proper timing of breathing given which is most important while performing yoga.

    I started off with 26 sets for last 2 weeks. Was taking a day Or two break in last 2 weeks, where I used to run or walk. Today is a Sunday( 19th march, 2023) and I completed 108 surya namaskar. Feels I finally get that. 😊

    Obviously it will be less after rest day but it's okey tomorrow it will get better

    As a beginner , slowing down video to 0.75 speed helps too
