    Folks usually want to keep the ability to manually run the snow blower which makes the machine big, clunky, and ugly. Yours has the blower part stripped down to the minimum equipment needed and the robot part in back. So clean! What an awesome looking machine!

    All it needs is a GPS driveway mapping system and a weather station that turns it on 30 min before you leave for work.

      Or just boundaries setup with small electrical current with sensor and software so placed along the driveway it would stay within the boundary like some robot vacuums. Oh, and a kill switch, laugh

    This thing is bad ass dude lol. Been watching alot of homemade robotic stuff and this one has a lot of potential for various tasks being pretty much a mini skid steer. Having it hook up to mower attachments is awesome though

    You inspired me to build one. I'm not having much luck though. Do the mounting brackets on your 350 watt motors bend? I put 4 of them in, one for each wheel. Part of the problem could be my wheel shaft sprockets are only 12 tooth and the motor sprockets are 9 tooth. I should have listened to you and gone way bigger on that. I'm going to fix that. Thanks for the inspiration!

    WoW! Super ! You’re very ingenious. First, excuse my english, i am a french Canadian. I would like to know what are you using. Maybe four electric wheel chair motors, one or two 12 volts car batteries, what kind of actuators and probably sabertooth driver. Could you tell me the major parts that you used please? Once again, very well done.

    • @papiirico53
      @papiirico53  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Bruno. For electronic I am using the sabertooth 32a for the motor and two 25amp sabertooth for the up and down arm and shute and rpm on the engine. For electric motor I use two 350w gear motor. To make it 4x4 you will need 4 #40 spracket.get the smallest you can get. Also the chains #40.. you will need 2 bicycle spracket and custom made coupler.. if you need more information I have a short video explaining on what I got on this machine...

      Sorry, I took the answer button. At some place, I have some hill to mowing and I do that with a mower. I would to build 2 r/c vehicules for that (mower and snowblower) but with your vehicule that you build, you can use it for many things. I would like to build mine like yours. I would like to see how you attach your retired mower on your vehicule. Mine, it will be for hill and tractor will do the rest. Do you know how is weighting your snowblower without the vehicule approximative. Sorry for all my questions, I like your vehicule conception. Thank you very much Catracho! Bye!
