My father never cries, it isn't because he doesn't show his emotions, but it's because he is always a strong hard working man that supports his family. The day I saw him tear up and cry for the first time was when my sister and I were standing beside him while he was preparing for surgery done on his brain.
Day after day my family had to watch my father have; seizure after seizure so they could locate where the issue in his Brain was. One of the last ones he had, was the one my sister and I had to watch personally. And I saw him cry after it was over, cause he never wanted my sister and I, at such a young age to witness him going through pain like that.
My father is a Strong Man, and he thrived after that surgery, but I'll never forget that day; not from fear or trauma, but because I fully knew what pain my father went through for 35 years of his life, and only a day later, he never had to worry about that pain anymore. They removed the problem with his brain and made a full recovery, and now- my father thrives as he never has to worry about that pain anymore.

I saw my father crying when I was 13 or 14 years old when my uncle ( his big brother) passed away.
He literally hugged my grandpa and burst out in tears. that was the safest day of my life because I weekly used to visit my uncle's shop and after a year my uncle's dad also passed away and then also when I was like 15 my fathers sisters uncle in law also passed away now I am really getting lonlier because now I don't have someone to visit weekly. 😢😭😭 I really what them back.

My mom is a emotional blackmailer and my dad is very close minded and obstinate. So it's normal for both of them crying everyday.
Mom is really superstitious... If i tell her something is wrong and doesn't make sense then she will yapp all day long, be angry for days and won't talk at all.
Even if i try to become perceptive, The blame falls on me... They will just dominate me and my ideologies if i agreed even on one argument.

Seeing my father break down and cry in front of me, changed me back in a day. It was part of what made me an adult and fixed my relationship with him. It is something I will never forget, the amount of pain i inflicted on him still stucks with me almost a decade later.

People started to spread rumors about my father saying that he had killed us and it went so far that they called the cops to look for our bodies in the garden. This was during the summer my mom had put me in a summer camp and the only way I could stay in contact with the outside world was with letters. It was my first and last experience with summer camps and I really enjoyed it. But I soon realized that the reason she had made me go there was to stay out of contact with my father. (This was all happening in the US and I’m from France) once out after weeks of hearing her say « don’t contact your father » I had finally decided to reach him on the phone. I didn’t know anything, my American family covered my mom and broke all contact with my dad. Hearing him answer the phone made me happy and I asked how he was doing with a happy tone. He didn’t say anything but he cried. After that he explained everything that happened to him, i could only listen..

Today (28th of may), i made my dad who's 43 years old cry.
It wasn't for a bad reason or anything tho.
I usually compliment both of my parents telling them i love them, they're pretty, they're good parents, etc.
This time i told him "I am proud of you as a father. You're the best dad i could ask for and you're doing the best you can to be a father, husband and son. I'm proud of everything you're achieving, so never think the opposite". I gave him the biggest hug i could and he just broke in tears.
My old man needed to hear those words, and I'm happy to know he can trust me and that he knows he's a great father!

I cant relate, my father passed away in 2018 due to a severe heart condition, it got worse and worse. He Got surgery and his heart just… stopped, i loved him so much, i still love him. May my father rest in peace.
There is no peace no hell no heaven after you die you just end existing just be with your family and love them enjoy your life and turn your life and the ones you love to heaven and remember that the time is so limited and nothing lasts forever so make good memories with them because the only thing that remains of them is the memories and nothing else. The last thing you have to keep in your mind is remember that the last person that dies in your life is you so do not expect anyone to be with you until the last moment. Most of them will leave you alone.

I saw my father 1 time crying in my whole life when my moms mom died and she was so good with us😢❤
I lost my Father to Leukimia in 2021, and even tho in the early days he never cried. But the last day, when he is in the hospital. He begs us to bring him back home. We did, and finally he rest on the same bed he has always been sleeping on. He finally cries in my mothers hands with me, my family and friends watches. The next morning he passed away. I never thought i would see him crying like that, he keeps his head straight without any sadness in his eyes till the last moment of his life.
I hope the story of my father will encourage to always care and love yours. Cherish every moment and memories together as much as possible❤

Толк есть - поддержка от близких. Потерю это не вернёт, но поддержка поможет продержаться в трудный период, не скатиться в депрессию и болезни, быстрее пережить горе и вернуться к норме. Это, конечно, при условии, что в семье хорошие отношения и принято говорить и поддерживать друг друга.
Не всё возможно вернуть/ исправить, но если ты можешь помочь человеку пройти через трудности, то стоит это сделать.

My father cried when his son, my step brother died in a tragic car crash. I had never seen him cry before, it shook me to my core. My father was in rehab for a stroke for about 5 years till he passed, I would visit him everyday and take care of him and he would cry everyday wondering where he went wrong. Shits tough.
It's so real. I will never forget in my life the day, I saw my father cry for the first time in front of me. it's ingrained in my memory, as if it were yesterday. I then realized that even those who do not want to appear so can sometimes be weak and overwhelmed by the situation. After all, it's human to feel these kinds of emotions.
The only times I saw my father crying was when my mother and grandfather died.. that was the most helpless feeling ever.
