I lay on my side with the phone on the bed sometimes that causes pain in my shoulder. I used to walk around in agony, but I've learned you just have to put your arm against the wall and stretch it upward as high as it can go.. lol.

Hey Michael 👋 its a nice video helped me stretch my lower back. Quick question i have scoliosis not so much on my left side on my lower back (LWS) but the sides of the lumbar spine. So should i try strengthen more my right side or like in this video move more to the left side ? That would be really helpful 🙏
My PT said weak obliques are a common source of (lower back) pain. The exercise Dr. Rowe did yesterday helped amazingly. Try all kind of exercises, you learn a lot about your own body 😊
I am in Scotland. Have C7 pinched nerve pain across right shoulder, back of arm and neck tension. When I try stretches and tilting my head back, it grinds and is really stiff and sore. Even lying down to sleep on my back or side is sore, any advice or videos that may help? I woke up one morning just over a week ago and its been horrid. Every exercise just aggravates it. I am 44 years old. Generally fit and have good posture and walk an hour a day. Even walking after half an hour gets sore.
Can you do a video on getting your body to stay neutral after its been rotated to one side for so many years because i find it keeps going back to the side it was rotated to
I know you did a video on back knots, but I tried the techniques and they didn’t work. Large hard-ish and bound mid-trapezius muscle near and superficial to the right shoulder blade, also partially under it. Even deep tissue massage cannot get rid of it. Affects my shoulder position. Tried very focused SMR with lacrosse ball - nothing works. Feels like a lump that won’t release.
Thanks Doc. Do I notice some Feldenkreis manouvers here ? My Full Hip Prothesis misaligned my spine and Cervix... 20 years now suffering different symptoms. At 72, working with your help for a long time now...😊 Bless you 🙌🎄
My chiropractor and physical therapist both divorced me from service and said I have to see an orthopedic doctor. I have a rats nest of issues. Maybe I can slowly use this work to ease my spine into relief. I know I have compression due to the 5 separate injuries to my back.
Appreciate the fact that they recommended you to see a different specialist instead of tricking you into spending money and time for ineffective treatment

Doctor I have compression fracture on t12
I would be consulting with your local doctor first before doing any new exercises or treatments.
Could it be that oblique muscles are uneven ? Or even glutes ? In which case, are these exercises enough? Thanks
