My physical therapist explained this to me as well because I thought that my left leg was longer somehow genetically by birth but it turns out that my hip was weak due to an injury and so he finagled my therapy session to help strengthen my hips. He combined exercise and massage and trigger point therapy, which worked very, very well.❤

I constantly have lower back pain on one side. I couldn't figure out the reason. It turned out that one side of the pelvis is higher than the other. I found useful exercises on this channel to correct the tilt of the pelvis. Thank you!
I have some left knee issues that manifested out of kickboxing because of this imbalance. The exercises demonstrated how weak my left hip and leg muscles are especially that butt walk.

I’m told my right leg is shorter than the other due to tightness on one side, is that the same thing - would these exercises help? it’s never been the same post-pregnancy.
@ I have SI joint pain since 3 years. On right side. Have tried everything to heal. Nothing has worked. X ray shows right hip is higher. But my pt said left hip is hiked and right hip is lower. Because every time I stand my right knee bends. Not able to keep it straight while standing. Pelvis is rotated and tilted as well. No treatment has helped me 😭

He had a video the other day that really helped me. Sciatica when sitting, lower back, butt, and back of thigh pain.
My alignment is horrible. I walk with a pronounced limp because of it. Any other exercise suggestions besides these?
