Great video but Ashwagandha doesn't need prime garden soil, it actually grows better in a mixture of rock and sand and a little bit of soil because that's more similar to it's native habitat.

My ashwaganda plant died back when I needed to transplant it. It was small, but some leaves were still thriving. I went away for 10 days and now it's wilting. The soil is now over moist, so I was going to transplant it into chicken coop rich soil in a pot to allow roots to dry out a bit. Is that enough? Should I do something else?
