I can repeat it and master as needed :) This is my first video but hopefully you have more videos like this one :D :)
Great video

I hope you do lessons again in the future. I love your videos. You are a natural language instructor, but I see you haven’t published anything in a while. Thank you for your hard work making these excellent videos!

Muito obrigada Steve!
Hey Jéssica
I'm in Angola and learning português and finding something very unique way to learn português and I find you.
You teaching very easily...
how similar is angolan portuguese to european portuguese?
Queria mais, queria mais ... Bota lá Jessica !!!
Muito obrigada pelo apoio! Como correu a tua passagem de ano?
Bota lá parece muito português do Brasil, em Portugal parece mais natural dizer "Bora lá" para let's go e "Coloca mais" para add more.
Abraço! 😊
Thank you for the great content. Can you please advise a book to support your lessons? (It is not easy to differentiate the european portugese focused books)
me gosto sua clase
Muito obrigado por acrescentar o Alfabeto Fonético Internacional! É muito útil.
Obrigada por reparares Masako! Acho que é muito bom ter a consciência do A.F.I. quando se aprende uma língua nova. Boa sorte como os teus estudos!
Great video! My family and I are visiting Portugal for the first time this year so this is going to help us a lot. 😊
Thank you for this video. Well made and very clear. I'll be visiting Lisboa for the first time this Christmas, and this is a great help. Obrigado!
I have just come across your content. I love how you are doing your lessons. I am hoping to visit a friend who is in Porto and I want to surprise her.
Hi Jessica, is se faz favor more commonly used for please? I am English and I have only just started learning Portuguese.
Thank you. I really like the way you teach so clearly and not going high speed. I am a beginner and this is my first experience. But your English pronunciation of "how" sounds like "who" ... it is not hoo but hao :)
Thanks so much for an easy to understand video. I've been really put off from trying to learn any Portuguese by how fast everyone speaks and how different the spoken word is from the written word. You have just made it a little easier and given me the possibility of actually learning to speak the language.
Thank you for sharing your feedback! I know it's hard to get into the Portuguese bubble, I see so many students with the same challenges. However, I also see many of my students after their first wins become extremely proud, joyful and happy. The challenge is huge but the journey can be fun, intellectually stimulating and empowering. Keep on working on it and don't give up! 💪
♥ love

Obrigado, professora. Como está?
De nada Ogator! Estou bem e tu?
Great video for beginners! You could keep making content about some basic words (like some lists of words divided into certain categories) which are commonly used in regular conversations 😊
PS you look beautiful! ☺️
ÓTIMA IDEIA! Great idea Ania.
I will take your comment into consideration for next week materials. What would be the most useful category for you to learn at this stage?
@@PortugueseUnlocked Hmm for example, vocabulary related to directions (and giving directions) and location of things/places (words like: between, under, above, in front of, etc.) I think it would be very useful :)
@@ania6762 Muito obrigada! This is super useful 😊

obrigadíssimo professora, estou aprendo português & i'm learning a lot from you.. muito obrigado.. professora and ah i don't understand one thing so can you help me to understand this, por favor.. we say " na escola" & "no trabalho " but why " em casa "porquê nao usar na casa porque casa e escola feminine, nao é ?
Sempre às ordens Jiwan! The use of "na" and "em" is subjected to the intentions of the speaker.
Both cases are correct, we can say "estou na casa da Maria" or "estou em casa da Maria", if we choose the "na" we are being more specific, it's that specific house and not another, meanwhile, if we choose "em" then we are being more general and formal. If we say "estou em casa" it means "I am at my home" but if I say "estou na casa" it seems that you are in someone else's home.
The word "casa" and the use of "em, na" seems almost as an irregular situation. I suggest to think as a rule of thumb, that all the other places (ex. no café, no restaurante, na rua, na sala, na loja...) need to adapt according to gender but not "casa". Notice that when I say places I'm not referencing to countries or cities because those have different rules and irregularities.
@@PortugueseUnlocked ótimo, agora eu entendo mais 😊.. muito obrigado novamente ..!!
@@zerokilometer Boa! Se tiveres mais dúvidas é só partilhares. Abraço
