How to Cook Maki Mi Noodle Soup | Chinese Cuisine | Ljames Kitchen

Today’s recipe is made famous by Ongpin Mañosa restaurant in Binondo, Maki Haus in Banawe Quezon City, and other chinese restaurants around the Metro. It is called Maki Mi, a thick soup, with thinly-sliced pork marinated in soy sauce, rice wine, garlic and sesame oil. This maki soup is poured in a bowl of egg noodles, and served hot. Maki Mi literally means meat soup noodles. Maki soup is also best paired with kiampong rice.

Remember Maniosa it’s a hole in the wall but the noodles like maki mee are spectacular very memorable…. I remember the beef tenders loin really melts in your mouth and the tapioca starch soup ever so beefy and thick. Love this video of pork version!!
